Let me start off by saying this is a very clever game. It’s a very simple concept, a land where letters describe the world, but it works to great affect, especially having all the living creatures made of words. The main character himself is made of the letters H E R O.
For a negative, a lot of the cutscenes are very long and unskippable, at least on the first playthrough. And after you die, it takes a little unskippable while to respawn. But honestly, those are about the only major negatives I can think of with the game as a whole. Very good and creative game, a decent challenge, and awesome world building. Be sure to pick it up next sale.

It didn't overstay its welcome, the puzzles were clever but not too clever and the platforming was in the most part relatively easy ... although ... if you completed that fire chase scene without dying you're a frickin' legend (I am not a legend, not even close)

One unexpected joy ... spelling random words that then changed your character's outfit. I wasn't expecting it, but once you accidentally hit upon a few words, you can't help yourself thereafter :D (cape, look, sir, king, space, brainseed ...)

Cool game mixing finding words with a platformer. One part of the game mid way through it was a bit too hard and had to look up a solution and even with that it was difficult to get past. The rest of the game was decent.

Unique Word Game / Platformer... very light on the Platforming. Really cool mechanic for generating words. Be careful reading/watching reviews, its way more enjoyable to figure out how to generate words by accident than someone to tell you. I say this because I saw a review right before writing this who gave away the secret. Absolute bargain for the couple of dollars I spent.

For a game that I only bought for around 3$, (It was discounted) I honestly wish I would've bought it in full. I was impressed by the environment of the game and the music that truly sets up the atmosphere. I like how some words add accessories or reactions to the hero, so I thought that was pretty fun. This game has a very unique art style that peaked my interest the first time I saw it. The word building mechanic really makes you think at times, and it's a lot of fun trying to form a bunch of new words to get the "writer" achievement. I also found the underlying tone and message of the game to be very strong and reflects the real world extremely well!

They nailed it with the atmosphere and feel of the world. The soundtrack fits the whole vibe. The puzzles are fun and some of the wordplay thingies blew my mind (Like the crush and rush one). I like all the cool easter eggs you can do with combining words. 10/10
