Rememoried is an independent video game, a virtual place where memories change to dreams and the only possible way is forgetting, which becomes a mechanism for proceeding to the next layer of dreams. The Surrealist explorative first-person adventure game. The basic element of gameplay is the ability to forget. Some elements in the surroundings change when the player turns away or leaves, and become more than just a direction sign: they become the way along which the player walks, flies and falls. Finding such a way to the higher levels is a matter of his aptness and intuition, rewarded by advancing higher.

Using a Kaleidoscope to the sound of Moonlight Sonata may have been one of the strangest and most beautiful things I've experienced in games.
Rememoried is a peculiar walking simulator with more than 20 different levels, focused on precision jumping and enigmatic puzzles. The big different mechanic is the "memory" factor which, when walking and changing direction, completely changes the elements of each level, making the gameplay interesting.
If you like games that challenge normality, explore different places and good music, you can embark on this hallucinogenic journey without any fear.

Well... I'd give this 4/10, in 2024 which is not bad!
to be honest this game had potential, but the platforming got in the way of appreciating the abstracity of the atmospheres and the depth of thought. The reverb on the narrative voice could use some low pass filter. not bad for an abstract game. the music got in the way also, together with the shimmering effects it kinda made me nauseous. the levels could have been shorter but more in number. Once you are done with one level and know how to beat it you just wanted to beat it and move on cuz it felt like chores. Not bad.
But 4/10 like I said.

Seriously I have no idea. Beautiful. Annoying. Ethereal. Painful. A bit more challenging than your average "walking sim."
