In Until The End, you play as Zoe, a young nurse who has just graduated.

She is counting on you to build healthy and lasting relationships with her team.

Multiples choices
Zoe is living an exceptional experience. Confronted with unusual situations, she will have to make choices that are sometimes also out of the ordinary. They will influence the course of the story, but also her relationships with the different protagonists of the adventure : Eliott, her companion, Elisabeth, the head of the department, Mr. Lorius the public figure, and many others.
Game Experience
Until The End was written with the support of a nurse who has worked in palliative care. It’s an experience as close to the real thing as you can get.
You don’t need any medical knowledge to fully experience the adventure.
Until The End is not a Serious Game, the realism of the situations is sprinkled with a touch of esoteric fantasy and sometimes absurd and funny situations.
Be Prepared
If you think of hospice palliative care as the last stage of life, a dull, sad place from which all notions of joy have escaped, take heart. It is above all a place where life takes its most beautiful impulses, where teams experience strong and sincere emotions.
Until The End is not a dark game, it is often joyful. You can count on Zoe to brighten up the emotional moments

I'm only two days in (IG) and I absolutely love this game. The patients are endearing and have their own specificities, without falling into the crude cliché. We learn the basics of how palliative care works, but the game does not overwhelm us with information. I already have my favourites!
i'll edit this comment when I'll be finished with the game.

Until the End is a charming heartfelt visual novel that conveys a heavy context with simplistic graphics. You’ll follow recent nurse graduate Zoe as she starts her job in the palliative care unit at Montagne Institute. This is no simple read and click by any means; all your choices matter here in this medical sim, so be mindful of the information provided, how you react and what you say. I highly recommend you have something to write on, something to write with and a box of tissues as you progress through the game.
The pixel graphics add to the overall charm of the game as each character, location and environment is unique and stunning. The music on the other hand can be quite cumbersome as sometimes it seems out of place or too loud for the events that are happening. The UI is minimalistic, you can find it in the bottom right hand of the screen should you need to pause, save, load or anything else.
I highly recommend picking up this experience. I personally only covered the first day of Zoe’s career in my video, but I found myself getting somewhat emotional about the events that took place. Being responsible for someone at the end of their life is a tough task and this will take you into that world if you are willing to let yourself become the character. Be kind. Be thoughtful. But most importantly embrace the trip, for you never know when it will end…
