Rocky Mayhem is a hardcore space shooter inspired by the classic ‘Asteroids’ game. You play as a pilot, who has recently received distress calls from a fellow astronaut from Neptune. Your mission is to extract your colleague from the area but what you learn will shock you…
Play through multiple levels and progress through the story to find out why your co-worker was lingering around Neptune and help save Earth from a potential attack.

Good gameplay, bad graphics. You shoot a small meteor and sometimes it divides into two larger ones, one of them even racing directly at you. Also you cannot shoot as quick as you want. When you die there is no animation, just a bleak game over screen.
Rocky Mayhem certainly has potencial, but it feels like an unfinished project. The game leaves early access in a couple of days, so get it as long as it's for free!

Game requires a lot of work, but seeing by the announcements its abandoned which is a shame. The hardcore aspect really shines with this game, with levels being extremely difficult and maybe a bit too overwhelming towards Chapter 2's ending. For free, its worth trying for a bit as a way to waste a few minutes.

I was initially going to rate this game a 0/10, That was until i had read a very insightful review posted by a user whom explained in great detail that the grey objects are in fact space rock and NOT clumps of grey dirt . what a relief 10/10

Good game, great potential. Takes time to get use to but a fun little game overall.

It was fun to play, but those sudden tiny asteroid attacks felt very personal. Rip my spaceship.
