Speed Swing is a highly challenging level based grappling hook game, where the objective is to reach the end of each level as fast as possible. The game holds 20 different levels each increasing in difficulty. The unique grapple hook mechanic creates difficult, but rewarding game play. Improve your times on each level to try and achieve the fastest possible cumulative time.

High skill game, would like some more features such as track world record charts, and more levels.

I thoroughly enjoyed this little game, in the same way as I enjoyed surfing in CS:S. Similar vibe. The game revolves entirely around a very grounded grappling mechanic. You don't have any air strafing, you don't have any rope length manipulation. You just have a rope, a thing it's stuck to, and your existing momentum. It feels unintuitive, but rewarding to master. It wasn't until I was over halfway through the game that I really, truly grasped how the movement works. Until that point, I thought I had figured it out several times, but every time the next level would throw me for a loop by requiring me to think about the momentum from a different angle.
It's a very direct, simple game. In a good way, in my opinion. It doesn't have any fluff, it just gives you a mechanic that you probably haven't dealt with in exactly this way before, and then gives you a series of tests so you can hone your skills with that mechanic.
As for the criticisms: There's very little art/visual design, it's a utilitarian pile of assets which is often ugly. The music is also distracting and unpleasant most of the time. The game is short, and could probably do with either "themed" sets of levels which would have more coherent art styles and gameplay themes. I'm imagining something like a "cave" set of levels where you're dealing with lots of claustrophobic, mazey, quick gameplay, as opposed to another set of levels which might revolve around massive jumps and big open levels, etc.
But for what it is (especially on sale for $2 as it was when I bought it), I enjoyed it!

Game not for casual react streamers ( Forsen, Sodapoppin etc.) challenging but rewarding. Vivonez Ulul.

The game is surprisingly fun and requires a lot of skills to beat. Just a heads up though, if you can't beat level 5 then you're probably really bad at the game

I have a new found respect for Spiderman after having played this game, level 8 is where im currently at I got past 7 by sheer luck on the 2nd go, and while level 5 was a pain with 30 attempts before i finally beat it persistence is the key to success with anything in life why else would someone like Mark Zuckerberg waste billions of dollars on a thing called Meta? because he believes if he keeps trying no matter how much a failure he looks like right now to the rest of the world eventually he will find the thing hes looking for.
Persistence is key, great game.

Fun for about 10minutes then it gets hard for no reason out of nowhere. Thought it would be a game to chill to, just ended up getting frustrated. Maybe I need to grind speed swing

that other guy is trash. game is challenging and fun but will slowly drive you insane as you play. If you can't beat level 5 there's no hope for you
