really hope this company gets revived after wolf among us 2 and gets a season 3. this was def a far better game than the first, i love it

I like this second season a lot more than the first one. The writing and characters are just spot on.
While the first season was good too, it did suffer from some boring characters and not that interesting story telling, something they definitely improved upon in this second season. The undercover thing, John Doe friendship and Selina finally confessing her feelings for Bruce, made every episode interesting and I constantly found myself looking forward to continuing every time I closed the game.
Especially the whole friendship between Bruce and John Doe, if you chose to always help him, is weirdly wholesome and you can’t anything but feel bad for him by the end. Even if he is a violent psychopath.
This season does however share the issue that season one also had with some save points being extremely far between, like you can be at the very end of a chapter and if you quit before it is over, you will go all the way back to the very start of it. This is something that is especially annoying in these story telling games, because no one wants to play the same story sequence multiple times. Especially if it is a long and boring part. I guess my advice is to never quit in the middle of a chapter.
I think this second season has become one of my favorite Telltale games, which surprised me a bit, since I dont normally like superheroes. I highly recommend this game though, but this being the sequel to the Batman Telltale game and I definitely recommend playing through that first.

I'm not too fond of superheroes and the classic superhero formula where good gets to beat evil without much nuance.
This game is different, it makes you question the morals of the good guys and sympathize with the bad guys, everything is so morally grey and it's up for you to decide which side to be on. Joker especially was so well done, definitely my favorite character in this sequel.
It's a continuation of the first game but it largely improves on every aspect. It's better to play both back to back in order to get the optimal experience especially since they both are not too long. I highly recommend
