I've always loved The Incredibles movie, so it was only a matter of time when I bought this game and beat it. Unfortunately I can't justify it's price, but I still think the game is worth playing at least on sale, as LEGO games tend to be cheap every time. The base story is an ok adaptation, trying to make it so it would make sense in a movie and in LEGO. That's why we always get encounters like Bob and Lucius in the island against the giant robot, since LEGO is generally a 2P Co-Op experience. The voice acting, graphics and animations are top-notch, I'd even say close to a fully-fledged CGI movie, although I'd really prefer if everything around you was built out of LEGOs. The main gameplay loop is where the problem is. Either it's because the LEGO games from Traveler's Tales are not for me, or the gameplay really is tedious right here, feeling like a busy work more than something fun. I guess since the games always make money and they are considered first and foremost for children, I shouldn't complain, but it's my main issue here. Especially the 100% route. You have to collect by every nook and cranny, so much so that some unlocked characters are only there because they are and they're useless in gameplay. So to sum it up, it's the most LEGO game of all LEGO games. Nothing unique, just something that already worked before, so why fix it? I suggest only buying it on sale and playing just the main campaign with a friend.

I gotta say, Lego games are a total blast, whether I'm flying solo or teaming up with a friend. The classic Lego humour always cracks me up, and there's so much to explore. What I love most is spotting those little Pixar references – it's like finding hidden gems. And if I'm in the mood for some cooperative fun, the two-player mode is a game-changer. I'd totally recommend it for a good time filled with nostalgia and laughs!

5.5/10 I really have no clue what to rate this game. The features and new implementations are amazing, but the humor, voices, and actual gameplay is empty. I can't tell if a person or AI developed this game. However, characters are fire, levels are simple, and it didn't take over 50 hours.

I don't know why but I felt compelled to 100% this game, unlike the other Lego games I've played. I had a lot of fun playing this game, but it's also the easiest of the Lego game I've played, which isn't saying much because Lego games are already super easy by default.

Story itself was whatever. The post-game open world with a multitude of different characters and powers is what made the game for me. Plug in two controllers an let my niece and nephew go wild. They had blast flying around, riding Elastigirl's bike as Jack Jack, freezing people with Frozone, and swim in the water as Dory.

Campaign levels variety is great, with different play modes, but the open world is a bit of a letdown. It becomes frustrating due to the mission rewards. The game struggles with having 113 unlockable characters, and most of them are random NPCs. (I mean you unlock characters like: guards, guards skins, old lady...). Makes it feel like a waste of time and effort, even though it's fun at first with the crime waves and bosses. Overall, it's a good game, but it could have been better.

It's a fun Lego adaption game. I'm still honestly surprised at how many characters have voices. Other than a few of the ground races being a bit too strict, it's a fun game for all ages.
About the only bad things about it was that once in a very rare event was that things got stuck, like a boss just standing there and was unable to be damaged. That can be solved by going into the pause menu, selecting to go back to the city, and then reloading the stage.
