Game is very fun, reminds me of the Playstation 2 version I played all night long with friends back in the day. Great to play with friends for Remote Play, as only one person needs to have the game!!!

A classic.
I briefly played the original Gauntlet back when it was just an arcade coin-slot game. It's been around for a while and this reboot does not disappoint. It manages to keep all of the charm of the original, including the isometric aesthetic despite also having updated graphics that make things more detailed, a rare sight indeed.
The gameplay is fun and balanced, each character has a specific role to play and a specific playstyle that makes them feel unique. It's a bit hard to find matches on anything other than max difficulty, so be sure to spend some time familiarizing yourself with your character's unique moveset.
If you're looking for a fun, fast-paced multiplayer dungeon crawl but you're a no-life like me and don't have any friends to play D&D with then this is the game for you.

Despite the flaws this game has, and the legacy it may or may not live up to depending on your history with the franchise, Gauntlet is still my favorite horde-slayer in 2025. I have nearly a thousand hours between Vermintide 2 and Darktide, and have greatly enjoyed time in Alien Swarm: Reactive Drop, Helldivers 2, GTFO, Magicka 1 & 2, and other games of their kind. I wouldn't say that Gauntlet is a better game than any of the others listed, but it is a good game, and one I personally strongly recommend. The vast majority of my time in the game was singleplayer, but any opportunity to play with friends is a welcome one.

This is an arpg with a capital A. It is ten years old but still has a dedicated community of players. Spme have over 12,000 hours in the game. It is difficult to unlock the 50th achievement solo, but the community is ready to assist.
100%-ing the game is very grindy unless you put 100 or so hours in the game anyway.

Fun game, not as good as Dark Legacy, but I love it. Now I make mods for it :p

Did the minimum job and campaign should've been longer. More customization and extra DLC expansions would've been nice as well. Nowhere near the level of Gauntlet Dark Legacy, but a decent game with good visuals, sound, voice acting, and dungeon design.
