It's mid 2024 and the game is basically dead. But I decided to give it another shot and I was surprised at how much fun I was having. This is a really good game... You can tell the amount of work that the team put into it, and makes me wonder how they could just let it die like that.
People that are playing currently all know eachother, and it's not uncommon to play over and over with the same people, which I'm not really mad about.
The game is stable, balanced and overall very fun. Not sure why people are not giving it another shot, but if you're reading this and are willing to take a bit of Q time (2-4 minutes per match) then you're in for a ton of fun.

I am really sad to say, DEAD GAME
no one's playing it, at all, there's no servers! I sat for over 5 minutes waiting for a game, yeah thats not long, but for a game lobby, its too long. the game is dead.
I really wanted to love this game, i wanted something to replace cod for me, the search continues then.
actually genuinely heart broken.

Game is actually pretty good alternative to battlefield in my opinion, I think UI Needs to be simplified and traditional game modes added in and more guns but other than that I've been enjoying the game currently as of 15/10/24

This really shouldn't be a positive recommendation...
The overall quality of the game in its current state is mixed. Sound design, optimisation, movement and combat feel a little off at times etc.
BUT even with all that, unlike in the previous versions, it is finally possible to get instantly into matches, even with just 200 to 300 players at a time. Better yet, it is possible to finish those matches without any issues, server side connectivity issues that is.
Although this game needs a lot more polish before I can fully recommend it; I still do because the current dev team really needs support, they've achieved making this game playable after years of matchmaking problems and fixed relentless game-breaking bugs.
P.S. There's also just a fair bit of content to keep you playing for a while, leveling up your character and weapons is just as fun here as it is in any game.

its a good game... the gamer population isn't forgiving and has left this game.... i would've love for the game to get its player base back.... because i actual enjoyed this game i mainly played on the external launcher not thro steam

Enjoyable game, gameplay and graphics are very good. But unfortunately seems to be no anti cheat system in place and seems to be full of cheats. These people are obviously so bad at gaming that they need to cheat? This is ruining what is potentially a brilliant game. I wont buy at this stage until there is an anti cheat system.
