Steam Deck Experience: Unplayable
At one point this game worked. Now it doesn't.
For a dollar, it's alright. Soundtrack was honestly a bop and maybe even the best part. Six characters, one SFW and one NSFW CG per character. Animations are decent. Puzzles are easy. You can easily ace the game in under 40 minutes. HDR displays cause the graphics to be over saturated. Force HDR off and it's fine.
Fun Fact: You can access the music, animations, and sound by opening the "package.nw" file in a decompression program like 7zip.

I only played it because foxes, ok?? XD
The first 6 levels are kinda cute. Puzzles are fun and easy, art is nice, the story after completing could be skipped - it's not well written. The NSFW levels... are okay. Art in those is not good tbh, the constand movement on the side of screen distracting and kinda...eh

Synopsis
Foxy Tales is a swap pathing puzzle game. You have to make the colored lines into a closed loop by swapping two pieces until the puzzle is complete.
Story
There are six different fox girls, after you complete their first puzzle you get a short story.
Gameplay
You start off by selecting your language. You need to rearrange the pieces so that the colors create a connecting loop. After you complete the first six puzzles you will get a piece of the story. The stories aren't anything special. The next six puzzles reward you with an animated scene with the Fox Girl, provided you have installed the FREE Steam DLC.
The Gallery
The Gallery is available from the Picture icon in the upper right and it will allow you to view the images/animations you have unlocked.
Final Verdict
A different kind of puzzle game. There are 12 puzzles, six with safe for work and six NSFW (FREE Steam DLC Required) animation rewards.

Fox tails tell story about Dales and Fails, Smells of Gels, Yells of a far away Rails
and most importantly Mails and their Spells
as a puzzle game is nice
as a H game it's bad

Installed and played for about an hour and 20 minutes. In that time I got to the 8th Puzzle but didn't complete it yet cause I want to review and am low on time currently.
It's a very simple game. You complete tile-based puzzles to unlock set interactions with Anime Fox Girls. Each tile is a base color of Dark Blue but there are large lines on them in different colors meant to create specific(But also not entirely FAMILIAR) shapes that all fit within the area provided by the tiles. Clicking 2 tiles regardless of their proximity or orientation will make them swap places with one another so you simply move them around to form shapes. There is no real order to how you can move the tiles it's entirely up to you to arrange them in a way that makes sense and the only restriction is the tiles cannot be rotated. The first puzzle is very basic and even keeps one of the tiles locked as a sort of clue or hint at where to start but from there they will gradually add more Tiles and even colors to link up plus you won't get a locked tile as a clue, either. As you progress you'll see tighter curves, Intersecting lines and more odd straights but EVERY tile with a Colored line(or 2 or 3 or 4) must be arranged to create enclosed shapes within a blue border. This means there are no blanks or excess tiles but it can still be challenging to find out how to connect each shape without leaving an open end anywhere. No redo/undo to quickly reset them, either so if you jumble up a group of tiles so whack you can't make heads or tales of it, you just gotta go back to the lv selection screen and start that puzzle over again.
If any of the information above^ is unclear, it will become clear by playing the game. Written Words have their limits and even though it's not a free Download it costs under $1 which to me means it doesn't exactly merit an in-depth review. You either get it or you don't.
Onto content outside of puzzle solving:
Written Dialogue which has me guessing who is saying what as there isn't any VAs delivering lines or labeling on subtitles to really tell. The best I could do there is try to make an educated guess based on the words and their order. Sometimes I could tell it was the fox girl based on her likeness on-screen and how her expression looked but only in rare cases. Once I did match a single line to a personality type it seemed almost like it flipped or something and I was right back to guessing who is supposed to be speaking in thqat instance. Once the written parts were done it sent me to the next puzzle/character.
NSFW interactions came in a DLC that didn't cost anything extra which is nice but it didn't really offer up much, either. The puzzles remained the same but with more tiles and once completed rather than a written dialogue scene you'll see a short animation on loop depicting the girl in a lewd act.
Other than that there isn't a whole lot to say as there's not a whole lot to do. The animation quality is fairly average of these sort of games. You could get some screencaps out of it that look ok I'm sure. Even though it doesn't offer much, it also doesn't cost much to DL or have a weird monetization system based on RNG under the label "Free to Play" so would I recommend it? Sure, I don't see why not. it doesn't seem to be hiding any surprises, doesn't make me sign a EULA or download any weird 3rd party software then install BS Drivers onto my system that interfere with my Windows Security settings yet can't be found and deleted afterwards. Also doesn't freeze or crash out in full screen which makes me feel like there was effort put into optimizing it on PC
