WOWOWOW KORONE BOX is a fanmade hololive top-down shooter featuring Inugami Korone, member of hololive GAMERS! Collect Korone Boxes to increase your score and equip random weapons, while fending off ever-increasing numbers of enemies and various bosses. Take one hit and it’s game over, so exercise your dodging skills to the limit! More weapons can be unlocked by collecting more boxes in total or reaching higher scores! All the while, jam out to arrangements of various official and fanmade tunes.

Fun, Well-made game:
- The Art-style is simple yet fun to look at alongside well-made visual & sound effects, very reminiscent of old-school game with an upgrade
- Gameplay is simple, just point & shoot at enemies, which is perfect for casual player. For any players wanted to enjoy a bit more of a challenge then there is also a toggle button to switch back & forth between normal & hard mode. Perfect for everyone.

If you've ever played Super Crate Box, then you know that the gameplay is similar in a lot of ways, but with a top-down perspective.
Main gameplay: You get a random weapon every time you pick up a new box, and picking up boxes increases your score. Increasing your score puts new weapons into the pool for future runs. You die in one hit.
Some of the key differences:
- Top down perspective
- Boss fights
- Wider variety of enemies
- You can adjust the music, sound, and screenshake
Notably, in Hard Mode, the enemies actually have altered attacks, which is much appreciated over a simple increase in spawn rate. Some changes I've noticed in Hard Mode:
- Winged fans shoot five shots instead of three
- Bomb dogs fire projectiles when they explode
- Rate of fire from kings greatly increased
This game is enjoyable to play in far longer bursts than in Super Crate Box, and much like it, it's fun for burning a few minutes of free time like an arcade game.

If you made Super Crate Box into a top-down shooter, you get this game. You go around picking up boxes and using whatever weapons you find in them to shoot, bludgeon, and explode those that get in your way. It's good for a free arcade game and has some great charm to it.

Some times Steams what to play next queue gives me just what I need. A simple arcadey shooty arena game. I have not watched this vtuber much recently. I hope she and her friends are doing okay. Maybe I should check out Hololive dreams I am a bit out of the loop on their music.
