The game is fun for it's sale price, not super in dept but I still had fun and I hope they keep adding and improving on the game. If the game is on sale go for it and you'll know if you like the gameplay loop or not within a hour.
However things to keep in mind.
-Controls are a bit weird and turn the camera sensitivity down right away.
-The loop is a bit mindless but not in a bad way?
-Wish you had better control over the price of things in the shop instead of just a one slider fits all. Why does my sponge cake that has three layers and fruit cost the same as one layer and only icing?

The game is fresh, but I didn't notice any issues during my hour-long gameplay, except for the movement. The game itself is quite fun, and I even enjoyed it.

I was excited for this game since I've found it. I have played the demo for almost 4 hours which is a personal record because I don't play demo at all for any game.
So without even playing much the full game yet -- I can still say that I love the game. I myself haven't found any bugs yet, no crashes either. The game could be a little more optimised for mid-range PCs. Turning down the resolution, and turn shadows off-- then it's kinda okay.. The stylised graphic is a favourite of mine, even though I know -- many players wanted realistic graphics. All I can say is that-- it's a game on candy, cakes, sweets, lolipops, ice creme -- so the cozy dreamy graphic is a nice touch for it rather than realism..
I would love to request some more performance optimisation for the game ASAP. It makes the PC quite hot which is a matter of concern..
Various cake shapes in game like heart shaped, diamond shaped, even trays of custom baked cupcakes would be good too.
Some more premade floors/walls, more furniture, plants, string lights-- these will make the game more cozy
The game isn't in EA so i don't know how much updates it will get. But some optimisations, QOLs, and atleast one or two content updates would be appreciated. Rest of it depends on the DEV. I certainly recommend this cute cozy game...

Candy Shop Simulator is a fun and relaxing simulation of running a candy business. Stock your shelves with lollipops and marzipan, bake your cake layers, draw little ducks with frosting on your creations, and dive into this sweet — if a bit too simple and childish — game.

Meditative simulator of managing a delicacy store, I really liked this way of spending time.

To make life seem sweet.
This is exactly what I was missing. Don't get me wrong, other store simulators were cool, of course, but a candy shop is much more fun. Selling various types of candies, treats, and other sweets and making people happy lifts your own mood.
In terms of gameplay, everything is as usual: we arrange goods on the shelves and serve customers. The abundance of assortment is very pleasing. A wonderful game to spend an evening with.
If you read the review and liked it, don't forget to give it a thumbsup;)The further - The better♥️

Candy Shop Simulator is a charming business management game that transforms the simple idea of selling sweets into a surprisingly enjoyable entrepreneurial journey. Developed by Games Incubator and published by Games Incubator together with PlayWay S.A., the game places players behind the counter of their own confectionery store and challenges them to build a successful business through production, customer service, expansion, and careful financial management. While it embraces a relaxed and accessible style, it also offers enough progression systems and customization opportunities to keep players invested as their small candy store grows into a flourishing enterprise.
The game's central appeal lies in its ability to make every aspect of running a candy shop feel personal. Rather than functioning purely as a passive management simulator, players actively participate in the creation and sale of products. From preparing chocolates and pastries to arranging merchandise and serving customers, the game consistently reinforces the feeling that the success of the business depends on the player's effort. This hands-on approach helps create a stronger connection to the store and makes each improvement feel genuinely earned.
A major highlight is the confectionery production system. The game encourages players to experiment with a variety of sweet treats, creating products that can later be displayed and sold within the shop. This process adds an enjoyable layer of creativity that distinguishes Candy Shop Simulator from more conventional retail management games. Instead of simply purchasing stock from menus, players become directly involved in the preparation of their inventory, making the production cycle feel more meaningful and rewarding.
The progression structure is built around a satisfying loop of creation, sales, and reinvestment. Customers visit the store, purchase products, and generate income that can be used to expand operations. As profits increase, players gain access to new opportunities that allow them to improve equipment, unlock additional products, and enhance the overall appearance of their shop. This steady growth creates a constant sense of momentum and ensures that players always have a new objective to pursue.
Customer management serves as another important component of the experience. Maintaining a well-organized and attractive store is essential for attracting buyers and maximizing revenue. Watching customers browse shelves, examine products, and make purchasing decisions helps bring the shop to life. The game succeeds in making everyday business operations feel engaging because each successful transaction contributes directly to the long-term development of the store.
The economic systems are intentionally approachable, making the game accessible to a broad audience. Pricing products, managing inventory, and investing profits are all important considerations, but the game avoids overwhelming players with excessive complexity. This balance allows newcomers to enjoy the management aspects without feeling intimidated while still providing enough depth to make progression satisfying. The result is a simulator that feels welcoming while retaining meaningful strategic elements.
Expansion is one of the most rewarding aspects of the gameplay. The store gradually evolves from a modest local business into a larger and more sophisticated operation. New equipment, recipes, decorations, and production options become available as players advance, ensuring that growth remains visible and impactful. Every improvement contributes to the feeling of building something substantial, which is one of the strongest motivations for continuing to play.
The visual presentation complements the gameplay exceptionally well. Bright colors, attractive desserts, and inviting shop interiors help create a cheerful atmosphere that fits the theme perfectly. The various candies, pastries, and chocolates are presented in a way that makes them visually appealing, reinforcing the fantasy of running a successful confectionery business. The colorful art direction also helps maintain a relaxing and pleasant mood throughout the experience.
Another strength is the first-person perspective, which increases immersion by placing players directly inside their store. Instead of viewing the business from a detached management screen, players physically move around the shop, organize products, and interact with their environment. This perspective makes daily tasks feel more engaging and helps create a stronger sense of ownership over the growing business.
The overall pace of the game is deliberately relaxed. Candy Shop Simulator is designed as a comfortable management experience rather than a high-pressure challenge. Players are encouraged to enjoy the process of growth at their own speed, focusing on gradual improvements rather than constant optimization. This laid-back structure makes the game particularly appealing for those seeking a casual and stress-free simulation.
Despite its strengths, the game is not without limitations. Some players may find the progression slower than expected, particularly during the early stages when resources are limited and expansion opportunities are fewer. Certain management systems can also feel repetitive over extended sessions, especially once players become familiar with the core gameplay loop. Additionally, some mechanics could benefit from clearer explanations to help new players understand every aspect of the business more quickly.
The game's depth is also somewhat restrained compared to larger business simulators. While there are enough systems to support long-term progression, experienced management-game enthusiasts may occasionally wish for more advanced economic mechanics or additional layers of complexity. However, this simplicity is also part of the game's appeal, as it allows the experience to remain accessible and relaxing.
What ultimately makes Candy Shop Simulator enjoyable is its commitment to delivering a satisfying business fantasy. The game understands the appeal of creating products, serving customers, and watching a small shop gradually become a successful enterprise. Every upgrade, expansion, and new recipe contributes to a rewarding sense of accomplishment that keeps the experience engaging.
Candy Shop Simulator is a pleasant and approachable management game that successfully captures the charm of running a confectionery business. Through its combination of sweet production, customer service, shop customization, and economic progression, it provides a relaxing experience centered on creativity and entrepreneurial growth. While it may not offer the complexity of the most advanced simulation titles, its accessible design, colorful presentation, and satisfying progression systems make it an enjoyable choice for players looking to build their own candy empire.
