OUBEY VR – Samurai

I arrived at death's door step. Surrounded in a cocophany of red and blue. It was my sworn duty to strike down my enemies. So I roared and I rampaged. My katana being my only companion, my only possession, my only sense of purpose.
When engaged in combat, the vanquishing of thine enemy can be the warrior's only concern. Suppress all human emotion and compassion. Kill whoever stands in thy way, even if that be Lord God or Buddha himself. This truth lies at the heart of the art of combat.
So I struck the walls of my prison until I could strike no more. Blood spilled from the heavens. Yet I was no further from where I first started. I could see the walls breathing. I could see the futility of my existence. So then I decided to do the one last thing I had the power to do. I commited Seppuku.
Alas, in this existence I cannot die. What is dead, may never die. I must be in hell. I had to force quit VR.

OUBEY VR - Samurai is a free VR art experience. It worked on my HTC Vive and Index and Meta Quest 3 via Steam Link system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. There is no instructions, no movement mode. Your play area is surrounded by a Red substance bubble. You have a nice looking katana in one hand. Your sword leaves a silvery blue mark over the Red while dripping blood when cutting. There is no game or fun here, just art.

You find yourself inside of a red grape, and must tear your way out with a samurai sword. 4023

Before I played OUBEY VR - Samurai, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
