Interesting but frustrating puzzles due to game’s rules and controls.
You begin in a garden, where a girl awakens from her sleep. The game does not reveal your identity; instead, you must solve puzzles to save the world.
The garden serves as a hub, having four sides that unlock in sequence. Each side includes a door with five puzzles that are solved using various mechanics. The first, for example, allows you to pick up and move specific things around using a mouse. Moving is frustrating due to the limited controls. The thing is that you can move objects left and right, and sometimes up and down. But you can't go ahead or backward. This forces you to constantly rotate came to perform basic movement.
Each finished door gives you a new power. This makes puzzles more fascinating, but also more difficult due to the number of mechanics. With a few exceptions, puzzles are generally acceptable. Unfortunately, the game's major flaw is that it's too simple to lose a critical piece of the puzzle. Due to poor controls, you may drop things in water or fling them off the side of the stage.
Other problematic objects include breakable platforms that do not respawn. Even breaking a single platform will render the puzzle impossible to solve. The light that reveals concealed items only adds to the frustration. If you activate it on a breakable platform, it will break by itself. Because you can't see where you're going without activating it, you're forced to jump blindly and pray for solid footing.
There is no way to fix this other than restarting the stage. What I dislike is the lengthy respawn animation every time you restart or die. It wastes a lot of time because you have to walk into start and wait a few seconds for the stage to load. Because dying occurs on a regular basis due to dangerous water, this quickly becomes irritating.
