fig. is our first take on a self-published game. It’s a platformer inspired by classic retro games with a sci-fi setting. Get ready for a 2-3 hours adventure where you have to fight enemies, unlock abilities and uncover the secret behind fig.
Appearing as unknown character, in strange place, with very limited tools… You have to move forward. Fight your way through corridors, defeat drones and robots to unevil the truth about yourself.
Use your arsenal to defeat encountered opponents. Invent various strategies to beat over 5 types of enemies!
Collect all chips to unlock new abilities and look for secret places which can ease your path through the levels.
Crave your skills to ultimately beat 3 bosses and reveal the truth about FIG!

For the price it isn't bad and if they can smooth out the overall feel of the game i think its passable. The shooting was weird on controller as it was joystick based. The jump feels to heavy as one of the bosses requires you to jump over them repeatably but i keep getting hit by them. Everything feels to weighty in my op. as for the issues others have stated i didnt really have any.

This game is terrible... but I like it. FIG is a game filled with small Metroid like sections, not very creative bosses, and terrible physics, but that doesn't make it a bad game. FIG (the character) is pretty good, despite them not really having enough character to them. Even though I do like this game there are some things that can be improved on:
The PC controls are confusing.
The "Special Punch" upgrade is kinda useless.
Shooting isn't that good.
The bosses aren't very great (due to them just being bigger versions of the basic enemies with fancy new attacks).
There isn't much of a story.
The main mode is short as hell, and you can even get an 100% run in under 30 minutes.
If those issues are fixed (and maybe even adding difficulty settings and new modes for the Story Mode) then this game is a 10/10.
