Dungeon Renovation Simulator
Roadmap
Here you can find the details of key features that will be available during our early access phase:
4 Unique Levels
In our early access release, you’ll have access to five distinct levels, each with its own unique concept. Our dedicated art team is working tirelessly to immerse you in these diverse environments.
Temple Hub
The Temple level serves as our main menu hub during early access. Here, you’ll unlock doors to new levels as you progress in the game. Each level corresponds to a room in the Temple. When you complete a level, the respective room becomes accessible, allowing you to clean and renovate these spaces according to your creative vision. This dynamic approach ensures you not only play the game but also actively shape your immersive experience.
Physics Based Puzzles
Powered by Unreal Engine 5, Dungeon Renovation Simulator offers an immersive experience that goes beyond visuals. You can interact with nearly every element in the levels, turning them into your personal playground. The puzzles are designed to be physic-based, providing you with various ways to approach and solve them. This dynamic gameplay element adds depth to your cleaning adventures.
About the Game
Dungeon Renovation Simulator offers a unique adventure where you step into the shoes of a “Cursed Goblin” cleaner and renovator in a medieval-inspired world. In this single-player simulation game, you’ll explore, clean and revive intriguing environments, each with its own set of physics-based challenges and hidden quests.
Clean like a Goblin
Explore dungeons filled with dirt, blood, and other peculiar substances, and head to grand dining halls where a once peaceful reign has come to an end. With the ‘Arcane Sucker’, you will handle even the messiest of jobs.
Everything is Physics
Interact with virtually every object, granting you the creative freedom to breathe new life into these captivating medieval environments. Aim, throw, vacuum and mop your way to transform them into your own unique vision.
Unravel Mysteries
Discover hidden secrets within these diverse spaces, taking on immersive ‘physics-based quests’ to unlock new levels and uncover the intriguing stories hidden within.

Pros and cons are down below
Check out the gameplay and my review here:
For the rest of you TLDR:
Pros:
1. Very addicting, the cleaning is a bit different from similar games and is very satisfying
2. Level design is on point, it's fun to look for secrets and to generally explore.
3. Each level feels fresh, introducing new mechanics.
Cons:
1. The main issue is the crashes. It crashed on me 2 times during the 2d level and if you read through other people's reviews, for some it crashes non stop so maybe don't buy the game until they fix this massive issue.
2. Few levels are available atm.
3. There are some bugs (like % of dirt and trash not tracking/ showing) but those bugs are minor (esp comparing to p.1) and are to be expected from an early access title.
Overall:
7.5 bloody buckets / 10 from me (provided the crashing issue is fixed)

The game was surprisingly addictive. I found myself wanting to get every bit of dirt & trash. The only thing that I found frustrating was when I was trying to place the "decor" on the tables everything would go flying all over the room if I just bumped the tables. Also, moving tables is really frustrating. Non trash items are easily thrown all around the room if you walk into them. Other than that it is fun to play!!
I think this would be an awesome game if it was made for VR (Quest).

Prison cleaning:
So, while I mostly had a good time with Dungeon Renovation Simulator... I'm going to have to wait until they fix the UI issue before I come back. Functionality is something I know may have mixed results during early access, but not being able to see the percentages change as I clean is silly amounts of frustrating.
The cleaning aspect is fine. You've got a mop, the ability to pick up things and toss them, a bucket for the mop, and a vacuum. Everything works as it should, though at times it feels like the mop simply cannot get clean enough to continue - no matter how many times it gets swished around in the bucket.
The view you have for checking on how much cleaning to do is less than ideal. I'd prefer just having the orange color overlayed on things for the normal view instead of what I get. I was going to adjust the gamma again to see if that was it, but then I realized I'd end up switching those around so often that I'd just go with a single setting that might leave me less than thrilled.
In any case, I like the game. I sincerely do. I'm happy with my purchase, but it'll be a bit before I come back to it. I'm going to wait until the mentioned UI issues have been fixed.

Game with interesting concepts and mechanics but crude execution with lighting to review and game crashes a little too frequently. Luckily there is autosave.
Price suitable for early access.

I played this during the beta and was very pleased. A year later and the game has several noticeable improvements. I enjoyed the tutorial and the different puzzles, I think this game has a lot of potential. It is still in early release with co-op planned for the full release, I will be keeping an eye out for the co-op update.
Here is a recording of my gameplay if you want to see it first hand:

It's VCD, but medieval. There's potential for it to be really good but with only 4 levels atm and it being seemingly abandoned since April, it falls short when compared to similar games. Worth it on sale but until the devs come back and add more content it's lackluster.

Keep in mind, its an early access game.
its kind of fun and has potencial to be a great game!
we need more level and community workshop with self made level would be awesome!
and i would like to see different tools to clean and repair.
autosave is like a lifesaver, because the games crashes qiuet often.
