I gotta say... This one was far sexier than the others.
We went from beautiful women and handsome men in fine clothing to women dressed for mobility. That's one way to turn a Red-Hood outfit into a Huntswoman outfit. Approved.
There was even emotional connection to the game too. Especially between... Two characters and what transpires.
Otherwise... Hints will now "show you" where to go. Game play/puzzles are still hard and you've got to pay attention to almost everything. Because items you can't examine? Could be the item you need. Lol...!
Still good. Still going. Keep it up! :D :> :)

If you like point and click adventures and solving puzzles that are fun but not too taxing, I recommend the Dark Parables series. The games have a great storyline that can be played in each game or through the whole series, a dark twist on fairytales (ok the original tales were pretty dark, but this is dark and different than Grimm or Perrault). The hidden object puzzles are fun and involve assembling items you need, not just finding existing objects in a scene.
My one criticism is that playing the game on "HARD" often resulted in me clicking through all available areas to find the next HOP/HOS or the item that I missed picking up to further the plot, but there's always the Strategy Guide to fall back on if I got too frustrated.
Overall, love the gameplay, love the story, highly recommended.

Really enjoying the expanding universe that is Dark Parables. Beautiful music and lovely areas, the HOP activities are challenging enough to keep you engaged and not struggle too badly. Was really liking the Easter Eggs for the next installment. Would highly recommend as a casual game with a hot cup of tea :)

Nostalgia and wolves! Feels good to play this again after years. My only suggestion for this is the graphics to be better for bigger screens. The graphics are quite blurry on my end, but still a good gameplay!

A fan favorite game of the series! This is a lot of people's favorite Dark Parable game, and I don't blame them, (Though personally it isn't mine) this in when the Dark Parables FINALLY got good. While I did enjoy the first three games well enough, I strongly feel this is by far superior to them.
First of all, the HO scenes are actually fun to play! The previous three games were just a frustrating chore, but this games vibrant colors and clever use of the objects made me look forward to them. I always enjoyed them when they showed up. The art is gorgeous and I can tell so much love went into this, and I found the puzzles okay, a little better, but the game is more HO centered than puzzle. But I don't mind even though I tend to be a puzzle girl.
All in all, a great entry into Dark Parables and a worthy game for any HOPA fan!
