Purpose of the Artifact
The artifact is used for enhancing and creating new items. With its help, you can turn weapons or other items into gold, giving them additional durability. Additionally, the artifact can be used for crafting a teleporter and a shrine, for repelling or attracting monsters and animals.

Shard 1
Located in the cave with a diving mask and a taser (northeast of the island).
Hazards: enemies, bats.
Items: pistol, flashlight, oxygen tank, note, laptop, cross blueprint.
How to get there: navigate through the cave until you reach a fork. Right - to the taser, left - to the artifact.
Shard 2
To discover this shard, you need to reach the cave with a zip line (western part of the island).
Hazards: enemies, mutant fatso.
Items: rope, cross, crafting resources, document, grappling gun.
How to get there: descend into the cave, pass through the tunnel, and jump into the spacious adit.
Shards 3 and 4
Cave with golden gates (next to the cave with the zip line).
Hazards: monsters, aquatic enemies.
Items: air tanks, note, loot case, rope, Ancient Armor.
How to get there: traverse the cave, dive underwater, swim through the tunnels until you find the golden gates.
Shard 5
Located in the cave with a pickaxe (northwest of the island).
Hazards: monsters.
Items: oxygen tanks, supply bag, blueprint, pickaxe, sulfur ore.
How to get there: descend into the cave, dive underwater, swim through the tunnels until you reach adits with a golden pedestal.
Shard 6
New cave (northwest part of the island).
Hazards: golden skeletons.
Items: note, two wooden crates with loot, golden skeleton pointing to a rope.
How to get there: descend into the cave, pass through the corridor, use the ropes until you find the golden cross.
Shard 7
Can only be found after the final boss battle. To do this, you need to stay on the island after the final boss battle, wait for the cutscene, and interact with the backpack.
