As I love ATC sims I thought I would hate this game for being just that: a game.
But this is really well done. Although real world controllers don't have to level up to have departure procedures or more radar coverage the ATC parts feels enough realistic while the gaming level progression of it makes it fun.
With the tutorial this game could also be what attracts more people to the hardcore ATC sims. It's a perfect stepping stone for anyone remotely interested in ATC but that isn't ready for a voice controlled simulator without a manual or a tutorial yet.
To all ATC interested people: start here! They have cookies, it'll be awesome.

In the role of a plane spotter who can’t always be at the real airport, I took to the skies with it for some laid-back flight management. Whether you’re looking for a quick pick-up-and-play session or more intense chaos in the control tower, this sim has a knack for keeping you on your toes.
Sure, if you plan to crank every airport to the max, clear your schedule, it’s going to demand a serious time investment. But for a few hours of engaging variety, it scratches that air traffic itch nicely. Still, I’ve got to admit: sometimes I'd rather chill at the real terminal, burger in hand, watching planes roar by with friends in the open air.
If that’s not an option, though, it's a pretty good stand-in. The interface is straightforward, and each airport offers its own challenge. It’s not a full-blown adrenaline rush, but it’s perfect for an evening flight diversion, just add your favorite snacks and maybe a little background music of jet engines for extra immersion.

You’d like it if you’ve an ATC lover. I’ve played the Japanese game I’m an Air Traffic Controller 2-4. What this game offers extra is possible to make up for mistakes, the ability to create your own approach and departure routes, and a more realistic radar control screen.

One of my favorites to always come back to. The game is similar to Endless ATC in a way that both are the closest you can get to a approach/departure controller with radar. Although, this game has WAY more customization to it. Definitely recommend if you are looking to consistently unlock new tools like waypoints, routes, and different procedures by playing and earning reputation.

It's a sweet little game, fun and relaxing (contrary to real life ATC).
It's well worth the $8 price tag. What disturbs me a little is that it could be SO MUCH MORE.
First: allow customization of callsigns, company names and nicknames. The ones provided get repetitive fast, and since voiceover is a Text to Speech it wouldn't be difficult to implement.
Second: provide some scenarios instead on endless mode only. Get an emergency on the ground. Deal with a sudden airport closure. Deal with weather events. Deal with mass diversions to your airport. So many possibilities, so little is there.
Third: but that'd be a dream, implement vocal inputs. I want to direct the guys as an IRL controller, the clicky clicky interface just won't do.
Fourth: add more airports. The ones provided are okay gameplay-wise, but playing on home field adds a lots on enjoyment.

The first 2 Tutorials are seriously something I can recommend, the game itself is something.....deceivingly simple. Because yeah, right, once you actually went through the tutorials and still feel relatively uncertain whether or not you're ready for this you go into a game and it SEEMS EASY. EVERYTHING IN THIS GAME LOOKS SIMPLE, RIIIGHT?!
I swear I never had a sweatier palm trying to micromanage 50 airplanes over one airport like this whilst making sure they all don't collide with either each other, the terrain or some mast some bloody genius built around an airport.
I can see myself playing this more, it's....intriguing. I can recommend this if you either like aviation and always wanted to know what the funny guy in the tower always does or if you absolutely despise yourself. Or both.

I have played TRACON successfully. I have flown an aircraft IRL. This game is good. If you want to roleplay ATC, this game does that. Buy it.
