A true relic of its time. Fapic teaches you precision, perseverance, and most notably, patience. Throughout this Fan's Epic, Bach is introduced with an array of equipment to take down the many bosses (my favourite was the Skinny Man). With the good end teasing whats yet to come, I'm excited to learn where the future takes Bach. I'll be waiting. 10/10

Words cannot begin to describe the masterpiece I have just witnessed. I spent the last $5 I had from a stolen visa gift card to buy this game and I have absolutely zero regrets.
I won't spoil any story details but the dialogue is on par with some of this generation's finest pieces of literature and it's audio design is truly better than anything I've heard before.
10/10 cannot recommend enough.

Honestly, flat out, I have to give this game a solid 10/10.
In A Fan's Epic: Fapic, The story is impeccable. Simple but effective. You play as Bach Edwards - the charming and relatable protagonist, he is woken up from a mundane night of restful sleep after hearing a loud thump. Right away, you're thrust into the encapsulating narrative this game provides after facing the decision to either ignore the noise, or to venture into the unknown. If you make the brave decision to investigate the noise, you're then greeted to the vast universe of this game. I won't say anything more than that regarding the beginning of the game because it truly is something that you need to experience first-hand.
The graphics are little old-school, but that's likely the intended charm of it. A beautifully designed love letter to old-school gamers who enjoy the nostalgia of older graphics similar to the likes of RuneScape & World of Warcraft. (If you like those 2 games, I highly recommend this one.)
The combat is intuitive, and never stale. Equipped with both melee as well as ranged weaponry, you're sure to constantly be engaged with many different ways to approach any combat situation. The bosses are delightfully unique, they're challenging but not unfair.
There is also a secret you can find by collecting all 3 of the blue crystals around the map, trust me, it's worth the trouble. ;)
The voice acting is honestly, amazing. When playing the game, I felt like they just grabbed a real people from that fictional world and slapped them in the game. At some points, it was so intense, it almost made me forget that the situation I was in while playing the game wasn't real.
TLDR; Fapic is definitely worth the price tag, even at full price. I would recommend this game to anyone who wants to try something new and fun. Please buy it.
