I like this game. It's probably a high B tier ND game I think the puzzles are fun in this one and the characters are developed pretty well. The game has charming scenery and a good sized map. Would recommend!

I can understand why others don't like this Nancy Drew game as much as the others, but I found it interesting (maybe it's just because I'm into storm chasing). There are definitely a few frustrating moments and some of the puzzles aren't explained very clearly, but they're not overly difficult. The plot is pretty basic but it was interesting enough to unravel the mystery of the saboteur. If you want a quick ND game to zip through, this isn't a bad one.

Worth it! This is a fun Nancy Drew game. Many but not all of the puzzles were the self-contained puzzle-book type. They were engaging and fun. In other games the tedious puzzles make me want to be done with them so I can progress in the game
It was a real who-dun-it, too. My suspect kept changing as more clues were discovered. And there was a few humorous parts that made me chuckle. In Tale of the Twister when you call your friends and boss you have a conversation about what is happening and getting your friends perspective, like you might in the real world. In the past using the phone seemed like just a means to get some hints, which didn't make much sense.

Trail of the Twister was just okay. The driving function from Secret of the Old Clock is back, but is not as fun and very boring and confusing with the excessive twists and turns with little to act as landmarks. The GPS feature is a life saver. Very straight forward play through. Nancy is directed to go do tasks or talk to people. I enjoyed the mouse trap puzzle and it's a good thing because Nancy has to play it FOUR TIMES. Quite excessive. There are enough puzzles to keep you busy, and several of them are fun. A couple of the puzzles were not explained well at all and I had to look up the strategy.
I will say all the random big storms and tornadoes are rather frightening, especially as Nancy goes out driving in them.
Overall, I won't be reaching for this one again for a long while, there are several other Nancy Drew games that are better.

"Land Rush" video game addict seeks same. Must love ludicrously complicated puzzles, storm chasers with questionable morals, and Koko Kringle bars.*
*Pest Control Specialists, green grocers, and women named Brooke need not apply.

A solid entry in the series, but a bit bland at times.
