Monster Tiles TD features a unique tower defense mechanic where you manually rotate and place a randomly generated tile after each wave to control the enemy path. Each game starts off easy, with only one enemy spawn location and a simple straightforward path. However, as you reach higher waves, the path will branch off into dozens of spawn points, increasing the difficulty and number of locations to defend.

A pretty good free tower defense game with decent depth, but it could really benefit from a save function. Some runs can go for quite a while.

Its a fun game, but they have got a better game called "Idle Hero TD" play that instead!! the only annoying part is it doesnt have an "auto run" after each wave clear as it requires you to build tiles.
F2P, "werewolf" is a great tower to level up first! play around it and its synergy! then eventually swap to "Wraith" and its synergy!

It's a fun game with a nice way of play. For a Tower Defence game it is really fun and unique. It was a bit difficult to understand everything my first few times playing but it's not the most difficult to understand.
My only problem with the game is that there isn't a Full Screen mode so it's always bordered...

TLDR: It's free. It is unique and fun, but gets repetitive and chore-like pretty quickly. Recommended? Yes, just don't expect a lot.
Full review: Monster Tiles is a very unique, build as you go, type of tower defense. This is the kind of game I always wanted. Well, this one gets some things right and some things wrong. After a few hours of playing, you realize that it really does not matter what maze you are able to make (that's even if you get the tiles you want, which is rare), and it doesn't even matter what towers you choose (for abilities and synergy), you will only ever get to a certain level each time and that depends on the upgrade level/rank of your towers. So, 1) you'll get to about round 25-30 first time playing, exit to main menu, upgrade attack and attack speed as much as possible, 2) play next game, you'll get to about round 35, exit to main menu, upgrade other stats as much as possible 3) Rinse and repeat until you get past wave 50 and beyond. <--This means it doesn't matter what you do, you're basically playing an idle game, and you won't realize that until about 5 hours of your time is gone.
PROS: It's free. You get to build your defense maze, which would be out of this world, except it's RNG based, so you rarely get the exact piece you want.
CONS: Gets boring and chore-like pretty quick. And you will kind of turn on the game when you realize it never mattered what you did (as far as strategy and maze building and tower placement). It's all about upgrading stats (mainly attack and attack speed) and spells and other stats, and that is the only thing that allows you to progress to higher rounds.
But it's free, and I do still recommend it. I did have fun for a few hours.
