Starting Life In Another World Naked
Starting Life In Another World Naked is an Isekia-based game. You will venture into a world much like ours before you are “taken” to another world, a fantasy world. Which isn’t much like your last. You will face Orks, Trolls, Demons, and worst of all, Humans. We hope you take it more seriously than your last in this new fantasy world. You may be summoned by the King of Cainfelte Islet, but the King starts you out with nothing, and you have to build your way to defeating the Demon King.

It’s not just humans you’ll need to worry about!
In single-player, everything you do in your world will determine your skills in the fantasy one; learn all you can because you’ll be able to take what you know to the other world. They may have magic and demons running around, but they are stuck in the Modern & Contemporary Age.
You start off in a small town late for a job convention. After choosing a job, you will learn & train as much as you can, for it will determine your skills in the new fantasy world. You may have died or been transported to another world, but you keep all your past life memories. It will be necessary for your survival to craft advanced weapons, tools, buildings, etc.

So far only experienced early game. its very familiar to the survival genre, where the player is encouraged to avoid trouble until you've constructed a basic house, crafting stations, and equipment before venturing out to beat stuff up. made a spear and saw some skeletons on the beach and thought id try my hand and em. kited em backwards while poking them with my spear and killed 2 of them before the archer got wise and 3-shotted me. 10/10 would get revenge on skeletons again. the game is familiar and enjoyable for having just started on Early Access. Really hope this game gets more attention.

TLDR; At it's core, seems really interesting although probably a game worth waiting on/buying to follow the work being done. Game is definitely interesting, although it has some growing to do.
At time of review, I had played roughly 50 minutes and got stuck at a particular part of the "first steps"
Could this be a bug? Perhaps. Is it me not being able to figure out what to do? Very high chance. All in all, the game is an interesting concept and caught my eye pretty quickly on the store. I normally like to try indie games over larger titles due to the innovation being put in the development process. Are there some mechanics similar to other games of the same genres? Yeah, it's inevitable to have similarities, especially when you find a game that has almost everything you like but something about it rubs you the wrong way, making you look for something else that's close, but not quite the same.
Pros:
-Character customisation is quick, while still being able to make yourself unique
-Gameplay at it's core is interesting and engaging
-HUD elements (although a little cluttered) show almost everything you need to know
Cons: (most of these will be little things about gameplay that, odds are, will be added with time)
-Optimisation: A big ticket to talk about in many games, but there could definitely be some work done here. I was getting ~20fps on low-med settings.
-Some items don't have complete tool tips on how to use (Glass Jars for example)
-Repairing items. I couldn't figure out if there was a way to do so, or if there was another crafting station required.
-Building. Building a base was a little too snappy, requiring more precision to place things the way you would like (fitting walls to foundations)
All in all, it's a game that I sincerely wish to excel. At it's core it intrigues me, and I want to continue playing, but with the current optimisation it's a little tough. If development and the strides to improve continue, then I'm sure it'll become a game worthy of recommendation, but for now it's a yes simply for the "Hey, keep an eye on this. It looks pretty decent and should improve."

This game is still in the early stages and I have only played into the beginning part of the game. Some of the quests are a bit confusing and I still haven't managed to figure out where clay is at... But! It is fun regardless and I look forward to seeing how the game will progress later on!

So, long story short, get this game if you are into survival games! It starts out as a cross between Ark and Rust, pretty brutal, at least for me. After the initial hour or so, it settles down into a very well-put-together Indie game. I see big things in the future for this game! 100% recommend!
