Midnight Castle Succubus DX

Alright! I learned a lot from this game!
Primarily that old school Castlevania was rather hard. Mind you, this game offers difficulty settings... But regardless of which you pick... The game is still rather fun.
I ended up finishing the game on a "Good Ending"... Because I somehow managed to miss TWO KEYS and a THIRD WHIP (this one is not important... But I still wonder how the hell I ended up without it? XD).
LEWD FUN! OKAY! You either die in certain zones in your one form or the other... And you get lewd scenes. You can tell zones apart by what's shown on the "Loading" screen. The other way to do it... Is to go towards "certain doors". I mean... You wont open all the Gallery stuff on your one playthrough... Depends on how badly you want what's offered to you...
I myself got winded doing the entirity of Map A and B. I can't find two keys, but I can 100% a map? That's... Something.
Anyway, the teleports in this game are really odd and you will depend on your memory a lot. Okay... Not that much. I don't have a problem. I just think many others might. ^^" Oh and the teleports warp over there or here and... At some points you will stop wanting to go back... But then you have to... To get more health...
Sooooo... You'll be playing this game for a while. Especially if you are trying to "do it all".

Adult Compendium
There's a very short list of adult games I'd confidently recommend to someone who doesn't even care about adult games. Midnight Castle Succubus DX is on that list.
What's here is an incredibly solid 2D side-scrolling action platformer with a visual style that of course will remind most folks of early Castlevania games and I don't think that's a bad thing here. They're wearing their inspirations on its sleeve but not afraid to lean into it and provide an experience that I say is just a really good metroidvania experience for folks who are both new to them or are doing their 30th one.
Briefly to bring up the adult content, it's definitely really fantastic with some detailed and really well done animation and artwork that shouldn't be dismissed. It does sometimes reach into some more fantasy levels of animation with things like the ol' tentacles, but one of the great things about this game is.. if you don't like, you can just turn it off! This game comes built in with a nice and fancy SFW mode which allows you to just have a really great Metroidvania (with still a scantily clad lead character) but without any of said content and not really missing much of anything (other than just some really well crafted artwork and pixel animation).
If you enjoy metroidvanias at all, I do genuinely think this game is worth at least giving it a shot. Even though yes on the floor it is an "adult" game, just turn it off into SFW mode and enjoy a really well done metroidvania.

Very solid H Game; superb balance between H content and actual game, which many others fail at. There's some jank but it's not enough to sour the experience, and obviously some stuff I'd wish was done differently but wpuld absolutely recommend. Very solid gameplay evoking classic Castlevania (like OG and Simon's Quest classic)
Anyone seeing this before playing I would suggest do your first run not rescuing anyone but grabbing all crowns and orbs; assuming you're going for all achievements. And when you go for the next run to get the good and best endings, make sure to save outside the final boss room so you don't have to do it 3 times.

Surprisingly excellent! Somehow captures the mood and feel of the actual Castlevania games better than even the Bloodstained 2d offerings. Minor missteps like blind fast-travel and upgrades that obviate other upgrades don't detract enough to mar the experience, and a couple novel mechanics like companions add to the experience. And the SFW mode works just fine.

As usual with these sorts of games, I play a little game to see how far I can get into an adult game before "adult" content is given. The game - as a game - is honestly really good and stands on its own quite proud and well. The story isn't much to gawk about but the gameplay is as fun as any other castlevania-esque game. It took me about 10 hours to 100% the game and even if eventually I couldn't care less about the adult aspects of the game about 4 hours in, I'd say I still got my moneys worth.
As for adult games, I'm not really a epicurean when it comes to them but I will say it's alright but limited. I'd honestly say the game has about 15% adult game content, and 85% game content, which you still have to go out of your way to "access".
Still though, I wouldn't have pumped 10 hours into this game if I didn't enjoy it so I definitely do recommend.

Great gameplay and SFW version doesn't hold back story. But only if you are forced to play it like that. The hints of a captured villager nearby is a great touch and talented artwork.

Poor in story and heck the animation if you like the hicky sticky it is what it is.
This game from Critical Bliss is stained by nostalgia.
they added all the elements to keep the gender alive.
cozy littles games like that are in fact rare.

THE STORY BASE GIVE OR TAKE : A stepping stone. Uncanny as they made it.
Stuck to the neck many canot breathe and by so, many try to reach the tower.
but not knowing the word purpose i gess; they end up ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ until heart contemp. There so the curse of the succubus. Leaving mindless corps reaching for flesh as they prey from girls or what so ever.
