Explore the Paradise Island of Eternity in the new A Rift in Time expansion from Disney Dreamlight Valley. The expansion invites players to delve into the exploration of three biomes, each offering four unique unlockable zones. This new adventure introduces the earning of Mist resources, adding additional layers of strategy and interaction to the game.
The creatures in the wild of each biome on Eternity Island have also become more diverse. Encounter new types of fish, minerals, and ingredients, as well as unique creatures known as capybaras. They have become an integral part of the pet collection in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
There are several types of capybaras - Black and White, Blue Striped, Classic, Gray Spotted, and Red and White Striped capybara. The main challenge in finding them lies in the fact that each of them appears at strictly defined times. In this guide, we will provide all the timings to find all capybaras and complete your collection.
Black and White Capybara
This type is relatively easy to find and is available for five days a week, with full access on two of those days. You can discover the Black and White Capybara in the Promenade area of the Wild Tangle, which can be unlocked by spending 6000 Mist.

Red and White Striped Capybara
The rarest Capybara in Disney Dreamlight Valley, with only a single small window of time in which players can find this color critter. Like the Gray Spotted Capybara, the Red and White Striped Capybara also spawns within The Lagoon area of the Wild Tangle, but is present only on one day of the week and for only six hours on that day. Capture this unique moment to add this rare companion to your collection.
