Peppy’s Adventure
Peppy’s Adventure is a 1-screen, top-down, action-puzzle game controlled with directional inputs only. You control Peppy, a bun-shaped bunny, on his journey to rescue the village younglings from the clutches of the Hooded Fox. As you pursue his airship, you will have to solve your way through short challenging levels as fast as possible facing an army of reckless foxes.
Peppy’s Adventure is mixing retro gameplay and 16-bits inspired soundtrack with original sharp sprite-based graphics and a colorful palette. It features simple 2D animated elements and multi-themed tilesets reminiscent of retro console games.

This is a fun, colorful journey with Peppy a little bunny who enjoys munching on cabbages in a vibrant world. The graphics and animations are charming and the soundtrack will have you singing along.
Sure, the plot is non-existent but after all, a bunny eating cabbages isn't exactly groundbreaking!

I feel like I'm constantly overshooting my spaces.. which kind of stinks, but overall the game is kind of fun to play as basic puzzle games go.

I haven't completed it yet, but I think the game really delivers on what it promises. The description isn't kidding when they say it's challenging!
For me personally ,the game's simplicity & action gameplay makes getting stuck more frustrating than I anticipated. This style of puzzle game probably isn't for me. But all that changes is my approach towards it (I'll probably continue chipping away rather than playing it in big sessions). I still enjoy the game and I think anyone wanting an action-puzzler or enjoys challenging puzzles will as well.
The only real complaint I have about Peppy is how long it takes to go from a level to desktop. You have to click 4 or 5 buttons until the game closes. Unless you're beating the game over a weekend, it'll probably become a glaring issue for you. There really should be a "exit to desktop" option.

Eat the cabbage, avoid the foxes. This puzzle game tries to inject some excitement by having you play out the puzzles in real time, meaning the foxes move even if you don't. While this might work if the puzzles were relatively obvious, by the 2nd world they are definitely not. Thank goodness you can switch to turn-by-turn mode with no reflex demands. In that mode the game is relatively fun, with good graphics and interesting, highly varied levels. I did feel like the difficulty ramped up a bit too much by the 2nd world, but each world has a hint option and you can even skip some levels if you want, which resolves this.
While overall very solidly implemented, this game lacks any flash of novelty or other aspect that makes it stand out. But it's still above average and worth it on sale, I think.
