You wake up early, and the sun is already beginning to shed its rays over the skies. But this time you won’t hide away from sunlight. Food’s out after all, and who knows what (or who) you’ll encounter out there? Maybe there is hope for a nocturnal creature such as yourself to find what you’ve been looking for?
Get to know a unique cast of characters as you go through your day in Heartbite: Dating in Daylight! Escape from a dire situation, collect candy and witness a decisive battle as you get closer to them. Behold stunning locations, uncover secrets and get a taste of different genre minigames in this dating sim!
These mini games are a platformer, a physics playground and an old school RPG battle!

(Am I NOT supposed to be able to click "Options" in the Menu? Also, this game/VN doesn't follow standard key presses... Like ESC literally skips dialogue strangely... Which I haven't read and I can't get back to where I was... Also, um... I couldn't get out of the game! So I force closed it...)
I was interested to see what this game was about and I love that there is already a cat cafe... Full of cats... In the beginning. I got to pick some dialogue options, but I literally can't pass the mini game (THE FIRST ONE). Granted I am well aware there are hardcore games like this... BUT this one is... Hmm... You can't die in this game, but the jumping is rather odd. You can wall bounce... I'll give you that, as you probably be like "how the hell do I get up there?" You have three attempts and then you start at an invisible checkpoint.
So my problem is this: I got through the first part... Then I had to work rather hard to get through the two levels full of spikes... And then there is this enemy in a pit of spikes... I jumped on it for fun... Anyway, the area afterwards? I don't know how you pass it. It instantly kills you on the third jump... And even if you somehow side bounce really well... I can only hit spikes. Constantly.
I am completely baffled and have no clue wth to do...
Anyway, if anyone can figure it out? Great! I am no "hard/difficult platformer" expert... So please.
I am just passing this because it had cats. Also that bat was adorable.
