Game Mechanics

It is a Medieval Pirate Survival RPG with Survival and RPG-focused servers by Arcadius Entertainment, catering to players’ tastes. There are both RPG and survival servers; enjoy the game the way you like it and loot with your friends as much as you can!
Guilds
Create a brotherhood and challenge those around you! You will have to engage in skirmishes and siege battles, where different factions will work together to gain control of territory and confront formidable creatures and monsters in dungeons, quests, and expeditions.
You will have the freedom to create your character without class restrictions. This means that, depending on your combat style, whether it is ranged or melee, and the type of weapons and magic you wish to perfect, you will have access to different skills that will help you overcome various situations and enemies.
Trade and Management
Negotiate and utilize the economy to rule prosperous territories. Recruit NPCs to assist with production and expand your dominion with a formidable army at your command to pursue ultimate power.
Dive into vast kingdoms, use diplomacy to forge strategic alliances, explore and employ exotic beasts and ships to discover distant realms. Navigating is a skill in itself; you will have a wide variety of armaments at your disposal to help you dominate the seas.
You will have access to different recipes for creating various items such as armor, weapons, miscellaneous items, consumables, and even buildings that will help you survive your adventure. Monitor your character’s condition and gather essential resources.

give the game time a patience, its the companys very first game and an ambitious one at that, so yes its GONNA BE ROUGH AND HAVE A HARD START, although most of us have played these types of starts with games and have had difficult starts.
DO NOT BUY IF UR NOT WILLING TO GO THREW THE PROCESS THAT SIMPLE. but hey if u want to go along for the ride then please come along and see how it pans out :)

look returned it only cause there was no servers to play on i understand its early access and yall a new team and your first game as a member of the IT community and game dev hobbyist myself i am no professional by far just learning my self so i wish people would take that in consideration so i will keep a eye out on the updates if it gets better i will buy it again

Best comment on the official Discord server of KoE that deserves some praising - to everyone's trash-talking and hating, when they only stayed with the game for less than 2 minutes. Talk about 'refugees' fleeing from one dead game to a bunch of others and trash-talking development when they themselves have been through other alphas/betas/EA for years and years, and now suddenly want to rush these developers into ruin by their comments, rants, and negative rushed reviews, rather than having some patience and showing some support for the game they supposedly wanted to be their new home after getting screwed over by their other landlord.
Now, to the comment that I praise above anything in the Discord.
"Can you log on, yes. Can you move around, yes. Are some things not implemented yet, yes. Game is still playable, is it to the point you want it to be, no not yet. I love how everyone comes and says game is not playable. What is playable to you, them having end game content. If you would go through and rad the different areas instead of just general chat you would see their plans for roll out. It had been stated since I first came upon the game and its discord that it was in development at Alpha stage. ALPHA stage. They had a small test that was not good, lots of server issues. They tried to fix it so people could start playing, LOTS of people were telling them to get it out. They pushed to release it on time, were not able to so everyone started trash talking, they got it released and everyone trashed it because it was not up to their standards. Guess what, they are still working on it(GREATLY apricated by the way) and yet you still have people complaining daily, like it will make a fix magically appear. BUT I have seen them constantly communicating here and we have had several patches to fix what has been going wrong before they try to add in more features. So yes I think its playable, does it lack a lot of content yes, but they are working on it as they go,
Also you say the game is not guud, but then turn around and say its not playable. Do nothing but trash on the game because your game you loved up and died because the people running it got tired of that being their life.".
I enjoyed the game while it lasted.
