Good game especially for early access the game mechanics and smoothness might need a touch up and I think if the devs listen to player feedback the game could be really solid by full release especially with the 3 new maps.

Don't believe the people on here complaining about the game claiming it's a bad game (A lot of the people doing that were playing it in it's BETA state before bug fixes and before it actually released, but aren't being honest in their review about that part, in order to troll and complain. they waited until release because you cant actually post a review until release date, even if you have access to a game. That's how it works on steam. Same thing with people that made videos on youtube of it as it was in BETA state, before release date, they weren't supposed to do that and were specifically asked not to because it was in a BETA state in order to address bugs. But they ignored it because they thought it may make them Youtube famous if they were the first.) They are just upset that it wasn't an easy game to beat solo, like COD, and they had trouble figuring out the puzzles (which all and all weren't that hard). There's absolutely no way that someone that played the game half and hour could truly tell you anything substantive about it.
This game was really fun, my friends and I actually beat it on hard mode too (Barely). The game requires you to divide and conquer, while solving puzzles and being chased by a demon that blinks in and out of reality as it chases you.
There's a sanity meter, that is treated like a timer in a sense, that will continuously drain as you experience jump-scares and other events (The Bunny stuffed animals staring at me and following my every move was a little unnerving). There is no way to heal your sanity, only slow it down by standing in the light, so your play-through will literally be a race against time.
There is a heartbeat that will start when the demon is close by you and running is only a last resort you should use, due to the fact that running will definitely attract the demon. There is also a randomized mechanic that will have you start hallucinating (Literally looks like you took Shrooms, not that I would EVER know what that was like from my college years lol) *Found out they just recently removed this mechanic*
There is a leveling up system that will give you the ability to get different perks in order to help you beat the game. So if you don't beat it, don't despair, as you add additional perks it will make it a little easier every perk you add.
As an early access game, it looks very promising and I think this dev really knows what he's doing.
All and all the game was really enjoyable and some of the ambient sounds were very unnerving lol
I see this game being able to be beaten in single player, but I do believe the full enjoyment is definitely playing it cooperatively with others.
Since this is in Early Access, If you run across a bug (honestly didn't find anything game breaking, which is really nice for an early access game) report it to the dev in discussions tab and he is very diligent at addressing the issue very promptly.
Definitely support this dev and CHECK IT OUT! I'm looking forward to more maps on this game!

The game has great potential, currently it is still very fun with friends. Yes there are a few bugs. It being early access at the time of this review, i still think its acceptable and fun. Id like to see how the developers go with bug fixes and responding to the community.

It's too hard to beat for me xD
I played on easy difficulty and the monster stalks you so bad, that I had no time to learn the puzzles.
Hiding isn't really possible. It didn't let me go into the closets (only the one in the master bedroom).
I need medicine, hiding spots and more time as a beginner.
It was a bit frustrating, but has a lot of potential.
I would love to try it again, if it gets updates for balancing and my problems^^

I hope this game can improve so I wrote down my experiences and some notes that should be taken into consideration. Firstly, I didn't expect to beat the game 30 minutes. You move incredibly slow and the sprinting might as well make me slower. I have no idea why my character is getting high and absolutely fading out every 30 seconds, it makes it impossible to see so i just sat still every time until it was done. But to be honest in general the flashlight is equivalent to my phone brightness, sometimes my screen will be pitch black but my flashlight is literally turned on. Completing a puzzle should make a sound or have some sort of notification as a reward. There is no real chance to get dopamine from the game without it, and when finally beating the game I thought i died because it just went into spectate mode. My mouse sensitivity reset each time I made a new session even though the setting itself hadn't changed. I played this game with 3 others and while playing there was no way to find my teammates, their flashlight weren't very prevalent or visible to me, they didn't have their name tags above their head so you have to ask who is who every 10 seconds. The light switch came up with the title saying to press "E" to use it but it still won't work unless your crosshair is directly on it. There should be a bit more information on the puzzles, the pink bunnies are holding whole essays in their hand but 90% of the writing is about the storyline.
Nonetheless, I'm hopeful that there will be improvement and will be back to play all the future maps! Goodluck.

Anyone calling this a bad game either is a big nerd or didn’t understand the game. From early access and it’s day one launch this game isn’t all that bad!
Yea it has some bugs, but nothing really “game breaking” a few tweaks and quality of life improvements and this game could be something fun!
It will have to do something new or different to stand out from the crowded world indie co-op horror puzzle genre but it could be something! Don’t wash this game out just yet
