Brews & Bastards
Brews & Bastards is a co-op dungeon crawler that features rogue-lite and party game elements. Pick from a selection of class-based champions, each with their own distinct play styles and abilities, before traveling below the Muneshine Tavern and into a series of brewery themed dungeons that become more difficult and bizarre the further you descend.
Battle through waves of intoxicated monsters, utilize powerful brews and artifacts that alter moment-to-moment gameplay, avoid nasty traps and fight for the top score in amplified tavern mini-games. You’ll also encounter formidable bosses, and their devious game arenas, who guard the secrets to recovering the stolen Brew Stone, an artifact that is capable of producing unlimited magical booze.
Under The Tavern: Deep below the Muneshine Tavern lies an impossibly large brewery, decrepit cellars, machine-filled distilleries and ancient depths that have yet to be discovered. Since those demon bastards stole the Brew Stone the place has become twisted and corrupt, altering certain encounters, rooms and rewards each time you descend.
Bombastic Brews: Your weapons and wits will only take you so far into the depths — you’ll have to discover, unlock and master the variety of brews and artifacts that exist in the brewery. These powerful items have a wide range of effects, from simple throwable flaming cocktails and giant ballistic champaign corks to the devastating explosive copper mule or bizarre fruit punch fist.
Blasphemous Bastards: Better the bastard you know than the bastard you don’t. Select from a cast of dubious heroes looking to retrieve the stolen Brew Stone and take back the unlimited booze it once provided. Each champion comes with their own unique style, weapon and set of abilities, that alone makes them strong but together unstoppable.
Cooperation and Chaos: Bring some drinks and bring some friends. Up to 4 players can join together in local co-op to chug and slay their way across the labyrinths under the tavern. Mix and match your team of heroes to create the ultimate demon-destroying party, and see who can get the highest scores in one of the many frantic tavern games.

this game has The Juice
it's great to play single player and in co-op, using steam's remote play feature you can play with your friends online without them having to buy the game themselves.
the 'remote play' co-op experience is smooth and easy to set up, the game gets extremely chaotic at times and can be quite overwhelming so I recommend playing single player first to get used to the controls and the enemy movements.
you can build out your character's mechanics by combining shards, brews and artefacts for different playstyles and strategies to an extreme manner towards the end game which is really rewarding
there are some rough edges but the theme and art style of the game is very unique and is OvErFloWinG with character and details, there are skins to unlock for the characters and there are many different types of enemies, biomes and bosses to encounter.

Absolutely RIPS. Notes of Gauntlet Legends, Diablo, and Trine. I've played both single player, and multiplayer through Steam remote-play, and its a reliably hectic, chaotic good time either way.
Gameplay is immediate and fun, and there's a surprising amount of build depth with the combination of brews and artifacts. The stations where you can trade for new brews or artifacts are a good touch, letting you correct/salvage a build if you've been unlucky - or just switch it up mid-game.
I believe in Oak supremacy

Really enjoying this so far - very nostalgic take and full of puns and clever ideas. Haven't managed to play co-op yet but that's next on the list, seems like it would be perfect for kicking back with a buddy over a beer (and having remote play means only one person needs to own the game, so worth buying even if you haven't convinced any friends yet).
Good level of difficulty so far - some areas challenging but then a bit easier once I learn from my mistakes. Really looking forward to seeing more of this as I get the time to play.

I beat the beer pong knight man and so far I’m happy with that. If you’ve ever yearned for those XBL Arcade couch co-op games again, this is it. Still fun single player and stays in theme the whole time.
Oh and plays perfectly on the steam deck, ofc
