Full disclosure: I paid $1 for this game, and I think this needs to be laid out clearly that my support for this is contingent on a very low price point.
Other comments have labelled this as a tool for beginner to intermediate players; Respectfully disagree--I've played Fritz, Chessmaster, Lucas Chess (Free DL, btw) as well as Lichess online--and there are a lot more resources there. This package, given that you can solve it by mass clicking with the piece on hint (Yes, you CAN move your king onto the opponent's king, this is never the correct answer, but Bot.Vinnik will snark if you do), really is tiered for someone who hasn't seen much chess in the first place.
There is no analysis. No notated games talking about actually using many of these techniques, and every layout has precisely one correct answer. For as much snark as Bot.Vinnik has, he doesn't do much communicating about WHY your moves are bad or what the mistake is. Frankly, just move your king onto the black king for the same level of feedback.
So, it's an hour of point and click lessons.
Intermediate players, pick up a dedicated chess program--this isn't it, this is a novelty curio, and you're not going to pick this up more than once.
For people who barely know how to play Chess, this could be a basic introduction to a few tactics, although the 4-5 move checkmates aren't well geared for them--there are a few earlier sections that aren't.
Tl;Dr:
New/Rookie players may learn some chess. Intermediate or Hobby players are mostly looking at a snarky AI.

This mustache is the most moody and hilarious guy I met, the worst that after he explains I think, oh yeah ... :)
I recommend it to anyone who is noob like me, or to anyone who wants to challenge the mustache guy!

Went on chess.com and lost 200 ELO immediately. 10/10

I don't like that it doesn't even seem to have an exit button. It's a very bare-bones app.
But it does what it says on the tin. For someone like me that has a very basic understanding of the rules of chess, and not much more, it's helpful for introducing
chess vocabulary and other techniques/concepts.
I got it for 60 cents, so it was a good deal.

It had been a long time since I had played chess, but this game really got me interested in it again! I kept wanting to play one more turn... it's really enjoyable!
