Alien Death Mob
OMG everybody, aliens have invaded Earth! Towns, cities, deserts, they’re everywhere. They’re even at the Eiffel Tower if you can believe that! Somehow, as usual, Earth only has one person left capable of taking them on. Some kind of super soldier I suppose.
An intense twin stick shooter, blast your way around the world taking on countless hordes of enemies. Use bullet time to get out of sticky situations. Collect the power ups, but don’t forget to keep an eye on your multiplier to get those massive scores!
- 35 missions set at various real world locations and beyond
- Bullet time to help out in those desperate situations
- Mobotron, Alien Deathvaders & Berzerker Death Mob arcade modes!
- Intense twin stick action
- Loads of Power ups
- Hordes of aliens to blast your way through
Alien Deathvaders
Repel ranks of enemies that advance in formation. Use your shields to protect you from the onslaught, and get the saucers for bonuses. Wave after wave of challenge in this tribute to a true arcade legend!
Berzerker Death Mob
Trapped in a robot filled maze, your only hope is to blast your way out. A futile aim but you might as well take as many of the evil robots with you as you can.
Mobotron
Based on the classic twin stick shooter that started it all. Fend off wave after wave of Hulks, Enforcers, Tanks, Brains & more. As well as the vaguely authentic Mobotron, you also get Mobotron+ which throws even more enemies at you!

I really like this game overall, but it’s not without a few things I would change.
First, I would much rather see detailed, high-rez graphics instead of the pixel graphics it has now. However, I will admit that the pixel graphics work better in this game than in most others I have seen, particularly in the “Story” mode where you scroll around a large map.
I think the “Story” mode is a bit unbalanced. This was the first mode I played when I got the game, and honestly it had me wondering if the game was worth my time. It was too hard and not much fun at first. I stuck with it, but I still have to wonder how much play testing the developers did before the game was released.
If story mode was an 80’s arcade machine, I doubt it would end up earning a lot of quarters because it is way too hard way too early. For most people the game would be over very quickly and it wouldn’t take a lot of games before most would simply give up on it.
I don’t think it would be hard to fix, however. Mainly, just slow it down at the beginning and then ramp up the speed and difficulty as you reach higher levels.
Since this isn’t actually a quarter-eating arcade machine, maybe have a choice of difficulty settings?
I didn’t try Arcade mode right off. HUGE Mistake. Arcade mode is the best modern interpretation of the 80’a arcade game Robototron 2084 that I’ve seen in ages. I still wish Jeff Minter would do a modern update of his classic Llamatron 2112 but in the meantime, Alien Death Mob will do nicely.
