Evergreen is a simulation game about leaving the stress of the city behind and starting a new life in a mountain valley.
This simulation game is meant to be a relaxing and calming experience. Build your house with your own hands, collect the resources that nature provides, travel to a small village to sell what you don’t need, buy supplies in stores and admire the wonders of nature.
- Deep yet intuitive building system. Build your fully customized cabin so you can live comfortably in the mountains.
- Choose the shape, size and materials of what will be your home from now on.
- Buy furniture and appliances in a nearby village and decorate every corner to your liking.
- Hunt animals, cut down trees and search for the resources that the mountain can provide. Use those resources to build your own shelter and raise money by selling wood, animal skins or other materials.
- Travel to a small town nearby with your car.
- Sell the raw materials you have collected to local artisans.
- Visit stores and buy everything you need to make your life in the wilderness more comfortable. Furniture for your cabin, food for the winter, hunting weapons, household appliances, gasoline and much more.
- Next-generation graphics powered by Unreal Engine 5.
- Explore a dynamic world with a day-night cycle and changing seasons. Immerse yourself in a realistic and beautiful mountain valley that will allow you to escape from the noise of the city and live a quiet and simpler life.
Follow the game and add it to your Wishlist, so you don’t miss any updates!

I really love the concept of this game and enjoyed about 20 hours in it. I have to wonder though, will there be any further development on this game or is this all there will be. There has not been so much as a message from the developer since Oct.
It would be a shame to not keep expanding on this game. It could be so much more.
In case it is a finished project, I would recommend waiting for a discounted price to buy.

The addition begins ...
Old school crafting system makes this easy to pick up and get started. The sheer amount of possibilities and flexibility makes it very hard to put down!
This makes for an attractive experience. Weather it be "I want to hop on for 15 minutes and get some harvesting done" or "lets tear down this old cabin and build a new homestead".
I haven't even had a chance to explore the "hunting and fishing" aspect yet, but am looking forward to a quite walk down to the stream!
The graphics and game physics are done well enough to keep you immersed and engaged, although game controls (AWSD) could be updated to give custom keyboard layout option.
All and all, it was exactly what I was looking for, relaxing but engaging with an exploration factor added in.

Relaxing game. Build your cottage (gather or buy materials), go hunting or fishing, explore the map. While you can buy more and bigger plots of land, there is nothing else to do than just build something bigger. If you are looking for quests or some action this is not the game.

This game does exactly what they say. It has lots of unused potential and will go nowhere...Goog to try, but no more than $5.00.

In my honest opinion, This game has some serious potential. It's a crying shame that the Dev(s) abandoned it. It has a simplistic building interface anyone could easily understand. The gameplay is pretty smooth (Depending on your hardware setup of course), but the bugs that are still in the game such as the fov on the sniper rifle scope when zoomed in sometimes does not return to normal. Save often! All in all, It's got beautiful wilderness scenes in the seasons that change environments in real-time. The time that passes ingame seems way too fast. Expect bugs! The game is a waste of time in a good way. I'm not sorry I bought this game at all because you can really construct some very cool looking houses/manors.

A very relaxing game. just what the doctor ordered. If your lookin for that slow country life, than this is the game for you. I have nothing bad to say about it. Everything from graphics to game mechanics is good. More stuff to do would be great.

Ok so I love this game because of the building mostly.
PROS
Stellar graphics look ultra realistic. Only thing is everything is too dark and there is no brightness/gamma control. I used the Desktop Lighter app to increase monitor brightness before launching the game. This made it just right for me.
Excellent build mechanics. All items look great. Would be nice to have another roof angle option, say 30 degrees. The game only has roughly 60 degree roof pieces. Glass roof is very nice
I like the Hunting. Its not realistic in that you need to wait to see a deer or fox. You can shoot 5 in about 2 minutes at times around day break. Fishing is very basic but nice that it is an option.
You can cook your meet and fish once you get a gas stove. You can grow veggies in boxed gardens. You have to water them with a sprinkler can.
Pickup is decent. Handles like a Hummer did in the original Crysis. It only has chase came view and is controlled with WSAD.
CONS
While everything is done really well. It feels like it should have more to it. Could use about 30% more building pieces. Wish the river could be fished. Only the lakes can be at present. Could use a 2nd vehicle. Would be nice to be able to build a garage.
The map is just big enough, would be nice if it was 50% bigger. The idea is to build and there are 5 IIRC building sites.
A lot of rain and some snow. Maybe too much rain really, but its nice to be in a cozy cabin when its raining.
The NPCs dont speak, they just type out a simple sentence ie."Its so peaceful here." They have no real purpose and are pretty static. When you go to the store you just click on the outside door and get a menu. Could use a store where you get to go inside at least.
Summary. If you don't like building, you wont have much to do. There are no goals, you do want you want under no time pressure. Money and supplies are easy to obtain. You have to eat food, but that is easy to get as well. So if you want a hard to progress game, this isn't it. THis is a relax, build, listen to the radio and chill game.
