Seeking Light is a game about fighting your fears. The ones portrayed in the game maybe aren't the ones you have, as you encarnate Sunny, but she is sure an example of courage. In order to defeat them, you should embrace and accept yourself.
The game is catchy, with pleasant mechanics. A thing I really enjoy about them is that they are very easy to understand and simple, but the point is guessing how to use them in different ways to solve the puzzles or defeat the bosses.
Indeed, the bosses are other strong point of the game. They are not only pintoresque and charismatic, but also they show different combat traits that give the game a rich variety of isometric gameplay and sensations.
Soundtrack is awesome!
In conclusion, if you are thirsty for some short arcade-like game, you can enjoy this colorful and misterious game for free. Maybe you end up learning something about cognitive therapy. :)

The game looks wonderful with great artwork with the characters and the world.
The concept is very interesting and the way the story is telled helps to get a good immersion, the music helps a lot too and the narrative is excellent.
The gameplay is fluid and challenging, you have to learn every mechanic of the enemies to defeat them, it's recommended to play with a controller.
In summary, the game is so entertaining and nice to play. It's wonderful that this kind of projects can see the light ;)

Sadly, I wasn't able to get as far into this game as I had hoped, having to replay the game twice due to a bug where I got stuck outside of the level giving messy up my save point. Still suggest others give a game a try for a few minutes, because outside of the issue I came across, it has a fantastic top-down environment design and ghostly, dark lighting alongside an interesting premise of fighting your fears, literally, from clowns and spiders with a simple ability, such as throwing an object or 'taking a deep breath' to stun enemies.
This game is still in Early Access, so hopefully, most of the bugs would get sorted as well as the developer adding more abilities and enemies varieties to keep the game interesting, in the meantime, I'll definitely be returning to be playing this game again after the Early Access, so expect this review to be updated.

This is an early release by a small group. Still needs a lot of gameplay and programming polishing, but the art and atmosphere are top notch. I'd love to see a full release.

it's really pretty, and plot is interesting. I like concept dealing with fears by little girl. But controlling player isn't smooth, additionally during tutorial phase i destroyed too many rock by accident and i was block

The game looks kinda promising so far! The concept of a girl traversing her mind and fighting her fears through combat is pretty charming. Only problem I can see right now is a severe lack of sound effects, which I hope will be fixed soon.
Keep it up, dev team!
EDIT 28/10/2023: Mfw the game hasn't been updated in 8 months 🗿

Very good style and feel and i love the topic of tackling your fears. Things that would amplify this a lot for me would be attack noises for the enemies personally attacking them currently feels like no force and weight less. So far this game is good for what it is as an early access game and would love to see it grow further
