Behind enemy lines and tasked with overthrowing a nightmare alliance of dark science and the occult, you hold the fate of humanity in your hands. Lead your elite squad of allied forces to victory using daring tactics and cunning strategies to overthrow the Cult of the Black Sun and destroy the Mythos secrets they plan to use.

It's not a great game.
To be honest it's fairly medicore, but it is what it advertises itself to be.
The ability to move around in the map between combats feels entirely pointless, especially considering there's nothing really within the maps out side of a few very mildly interesting POI's.
I dunno. If you are looking for a turn based strat in the Cthulhu world, it's not the worst option.

I'm going to be upfront and realistic: I’ve spent about 90 minutes in the game so far. Do I care about the story or the characters? Not really. But is it a solid turn-based strategy game? Absolutely. Is it the best one ever? Hard to say. What I do know is that I’ve played a lot of turn-based strategy games, simulations, and tactical titles—and this one holds its own.
It’s not XCOM, not even close. But compared to some of the throwaway releases we see nowadays, this game shows real potential. Yes, it can get repetitive. I found myself getting a bit bored when an NPC would run off to regroup with others after being the last one standing. Still, it makes sense.
The art is well done, the music is decent, and I haven’t run into any technical issues so far. My only real gripe is that NPC regrouping mechanic—it can feel tedious, but that’s partly on me for not paying close attention to enemy counts or skipping through dialogue and briefings.
So when I say it has potential, I mean it. It’s not a bad game at all, and with some tweaks, a sequel could be something really special.
I'll update when i complete or get more time into the game. So far it isnt bad.
