game is missing something to be good, but it's not super boring. good enemy names at least. also it's misleading to name something chapter 1 if there's only 1 chapter. also if you wanna change equipment, die, going back to the big chef just counts as turning in a mission with 0 items and failing.

I enjoyed this game much more than I thought I would before purchasing. This is a small game, it looks like it only contains a few levels but was charming and fun. I am, at the time of writing this review, I think halfway through the game, showing how small it is. But if you liked Dark Souls or Elden Ring this could honestly be a pretty good game to take up an hour or two of your life. My only complaint is that the game says "Chapter 1" like there should be another chapter, despite there not being another chapter! But still the bosses were fun and enjoyable, and I really like the game. 8.9/10!
EDIT: So I have now completed the game. The game was good and fun until the end. As I said, it is short, but the game-play makes up for the small size. The best parts in the game in my opinion were the boss fights. Each boss was unique and had their own gimmick. My review is the same, but might go up to a 9.
