Experiment with weapons
The developers have implemented a well-designed weapon system that includes upgrades and ultimate abilities. Low damage doesn't mean the weapon is bad. Often, bonus characteristics contribute more to the outcome of any battle.

Team synergy
Your squad can consist of multiple characters, each with unique skills and inventory. As you level up your heroes, you can improve their existing skills and unlock new ones. Additionally, you can change the equipment of your allies. However, don't rush to give everyone the most powerful weapon.
To engage in effective battles, you need to find synergy within your team. Some of the heroes' skills may seem useless at first glance, but with the right combination, any character can become unexpectedly strong.
Fury and critical damage
Fury is a unique ability that accumulates during battle. When the gauge is filled, you gain +100% critical damage. Be cautious because the mechanics of a regular attack apply to the fury shot. If the likelihood of a successful attack is low, there's no need to use the ability.
The fury shot combines with other skills or weapon upgrades. By calculating all the factors correctly, you can unleash a very powerful attack that will turn the tide of the battle.
Proper positioning in combat
As you may have noticed, tactics play a significant role in Miasma Chronicles. This means that a favorable position in battle can be decisive when facing an equal or stronger opponent. The main strategy is to occupy elevated positions. This will significantly increase your chances of dealing critical damage.
