We liked it and played to the end in several sessions in sort of a couch-coop mode. The art was amazing. It can get a little bit nerve racking at times. If there's one thing we could change about it, it's that the run is a bit slow (and looks too casual sometimes). Mui is SO cute. Best character in the entire game. We recommend it, it was a very fun playthrough and we hope you enjoy! (written by a 10 year old and a 50 year old father daughter team)

1000/10 Played through in one sitting. In one word - this is a BEAUTIFUL game! The art is incredible, the story is simple as are the puzzles, yet it is still fun and challenging and the music is amazing. To me, it felt like a mix between a movie, a fantasy novel and a game. WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!

For several months I've tried to find a game that I can enjoy together with my 9yo daughter. Planet of Lana was perfect as it's not too heavy in story and conversation, too complicated in puzzles and challenges but at the same time intriguing enough for her to not lose interest over the span of a full week. Thanks to the visual treat that is Planet of Lana, the cute little critter Mui that my daughter absolutely fell in love with - we had a great time together with some daddy daughter quality time. Absolutely stunning game from beginning to end. I highly recommend it :)

Planet of Lana is a visually pleasing 2D puzzle platformer in which you journey through a strange and intriguing world, solve puzzles and avoid being captured by sinister robots. This game is all about connection; The connection between the protagonist and her loyal companion who keeps her going, and in a broader sense, the connection between humans, machines and nature. I found the puzzle design to be well executed and the story well done and compelling. My only complaint is that there are times where the controls feel a bit wonky, but it’s not something bothersome and it doesn't affect the gameplay much. If you’re looking for a relaxing, low stakes adventure with a few challenges peppered throughout, Planet of Lana is for you. It's short, sweet, emotional and mildly challenging.

A lovely little sidescrolling puzzle adventure game with charm! A bit short for the price (~4.5 hours) so I recommend getting it during a sale.
Very linear since it's story-focused, but that was fine with me.
During my playthrough I only got mildly annoyed at two puzzles. So I'd say puzzle design is quite good. Even for someone who hasn't played many puzzle games.
The artstyle reminded me a little of the Ori games. That was a plus since I absolutely love those games!
All in all, Planet of Lana is in my opinion a great puzzle game with a pretty gripping story! But get it on sale.
