Where to find the "Key to the old chapel"
To find the "Old Sanctuary Key" in the game Resident Evil 4, you need to explore the Mural Cave in chapter 4. You'll need to find two stone heads to open the church and find the key. When you exit the cave, you'll find a small roadside shrine with a chest inside, where the key is located.

- Location: After the "Lake Settlement" area, there is a quarry that connects the church and the lake area where the merchant shop is located. On the way between the quarry and the merchant shop, you can find the next Sanctuary .
West Lake Cave Sanctuary
- Reward: Splendid Bangle;
- Location: This area does not have an official name, but if you take a boat to the farthest western point of the caves, you will find a small patch of land with the next roadside shrine.
Roadshrine at the checkpoint
- Reward: Elegant Headdress;
- Location: On the way to the castle, you will come across a checkpoint where you will have to fight two sisters wielding chainsaws. Then you need to enter the house and go up to the second floor. From there, go to the southwest exit to find the last roadside shrine.
