About the GameHello Neighbor: Search and Rescue is a groundbreaking VR horror-puzzle game where you sneak into your creepy neighbor’s house to save your friend.
- Multiple playable characters: Switch between characters to outsmart the AI. Each unique character has their own key items and skills. Switch between the perspectives of the Rescue Squad team members at will, solving puzzles and avoiding the Neighbor as you attempt to reach the creepy basement!

- Confront your fears: Experience nightmarish dream sequences and learn more about the secrets of the Hello Neighbor universe!

At this time the developers have fixed 96% of bugs, so the game now is very good. I recommend it

ALRIGHTY, I finally got around to finish this, and honestly, this is THE best Hello Neighbor game out of all of 'em.
Puzzles were really fun and non-linear, and the game has a pretty straight forward story.
Granted, there were still these clues building the bigger lore of the neighbor games, but out of the three Neighbor games, this is the only one you can play, and finish leaving satisfied.
So unless you lack the brains for some old fashioned non-linear puzzles, I definitely recommend you give this game a shot.
A quick heads up for people who suffer from motion sickness tho: the game has multiple parts where your are forced to spin around something while being high up in the air.
So if you feel like that's something your guts can't handle then don't buy the game.

This is genuinely the best VR game I've played, (thanks Steelwool), the puzzles are decently easy and revolves around teamwork between the characters from the show (great show btw cant wait for season 3), the creativity that this game brings is phenomenal and this is by far, in my opinion, the best Hello Neighbor game I've played, though, unlike the other games, it lacks the horror element, i've rarely gotten scared at all during my time playing, much less than the main games, and you'd think since its VR it'd be relatively scary because you're immersed into the game, but not really, thats the only disappointing part of the game, but it still tones down the game and makes it a bit more enjoyable instead of constantly being on edge.
edit: I made this review when I was still in the first part of the game, I finished it and holy shit man, I'm super shocked, it was so good. Like, REALLY good, this is definitely the best HN game in the franchise and i adored every single moment of this game. (besides me constantly flinging outside of the map, or accidentally softlocking myself). This is definitely one of my favorite game franchises :)

It took quite a few patches to make the game playable. But this is certainly the best Hello Neighbor game, one of the only games in this franchise to be actually good, finished, and worth the money. The puzzles are good, clever and not too tricky. The mechanic of switching between the five different children and their abilities is a good mechanic. The game looks good too, nice, cartoonish art design.

I mean, it's fine. Most of the bugs/issues from the negative reviews were fixed in a major QOL patch. It's not a bad game, but not a good one. Pretty mixed on it. If your a hello neighbor fan, you'll love it. If you're not, you'll still get some enjoyment out of this game, as it has pretty alright puzzles but feels very handholdey, literally having yellow paint on wood that you have to climb.. It's a quality game though, not worth 30 bucks for sure though. Wait for a sale, I'd say around 10 or so bucks is worth it.

I recommend this game if you like horror stealth games especially VR games.
Hello neighbor might not be a loved franchise but i highly recommend this game to all Gamers who especially love horror stealth games, i personally enjoyed this experience a ton (mainly because the neighbor sneaks up on you and hes the size of a giant).

I had a blast playing this game!
As a huge hello neighbor fan I loved playing this game! It was great that SteelWool Studios worked on this game because it felt fresh and original. The people and characters had really cool design/animations, the music was very fitting alongside the great sound design.
My favourite part of this game was the gameplay! They created really original gameplay vibe with puzzles which felt new to hello neighbor and actually possible to solve. I loved the switching between characters through the closets. They were all incorporated well with each other and fit very well in the story. I think this is the most story we have ever gotten in a hello neighbor game!
My only problem is that there is a small mistake you can very easily make about a quarter through the game that softlocks you. Pretty much to not spoil it, a character becomes trapped in a large part of the map (garage), and they are unable to return back unless something is done which i wont say. It barely took long to recover from but overall an AMAZING game!
