About the Game
Welcome to AmunRun’s pyramid, the millenary jewel of Egypt!
Play as two archaeologists who are sent into the ancient pyramid of AmunRun to uncover its secrets. Deep inside the pyramid is a mythical amulet that nobody managed to recover. You were sent to prove your worth! Dive into the depths of the pyramid and fetch this golden treasure, but don’t forget that getting in might be easier than getting out!
Get ready to navigate through the mystical challenges overlooked by the Egyptian gods.

Only two well working heads will manage to investigate this unexplored maze of rooms. Turn over every stone, read every hieroglyph, and extract every bit of knowledge left behind by the creators of the pyramid. While mortal danger awaits at every corner, the biggest defense of the pyramid is its closed doors, and you wouldn’t want your body and mind to stay stuck in those sandy walls, would you?
Run!
Prepare your boots, because ancient architects mastered the craft of making the shortest path, the hardest to travel. Hidden in the sand, spikes await a clumsy foot, old but sharp swords dance to welcome you along the way, and darts are waiting for the target painted on your back. Ready your legs but don’t forget to take a stack of bandages!
Cooperate!
Most important will be your voices, only the harmony between you and your favourite sidekick will allow you to complete your tasks. Communicate to solve the enigmas that pave the way to the funeral chamber, and take care of each other through the trials the ancient building will put you through. You will need to be a team, and even a basketball team maybe, so be ready to act like one!

We've been at it for a few hours and it has been a lot of fun and laughs. We had already tried the previous game with skeletons and whilst it was nice, this one has a clear "upgrade" feeling to it. It is a nice combination of escape game meets Indiana Jones, with a good mix of frustration and reward, which is imo what games should bring to the table. Also, making fun of your partner for getting pierced by spears like a noob will always be fun.

Fun game! This is a coop game for 2 players online. There are puzzles, and they aren't always too easy. Fortunately, the game gives hints if you are stuck!
I could say that this game needs more music. It does not feature a soundtrack for a most of it. I recommend playing "Ancient Egyptian Music - Tomb of the Ancients" on youtube in the background :)
Sometimes the controls are a bit awkward, especially when it comes to picking up objects or throwing them. But we made it work!
This game also features a lot of platforming sections, hence the name Amunruuuun, because yes, a lot of running will be involved at some point. And if you are anything like me, there will be a lot of deaths and a lot of retries.
I recommend it if you are looking for online 2P coop games.

Aesthetically pleasing. Nice setup. Puzzles are sometimes hard but still doable and for some of them they pressure the players quite a bit. Once you get the hang of it, the controls are fine (in particular intertia while jumping).
I think it's a pretty pleasing one shot game for a good evening (or two)!
