Third Crisis

There are MAJOR complaints about the game from me, but nonetheless even with them, somehow, this game manages, in my opinion, to be one of the BEST sex games there is, one in a really really small selection.

The writing (excluding the sex scenes for now) in this game is very good. The story, main storyline, is quite good. The characters are very likable. The world, the bits and pieces you find about it in notes are interesting and managed to pull me in right away.

The sex scenes are HOT. And there're TON of them. A lot of content in this direction. The sexy dresses, the modification to those dresses, the slow corruption of the main character and "random" consequences from it occurring here and there, all very hot. The fact that you can choose to wear or not underwear or other clothes and characters all around you react to it in different ways. All the "dynamicness" based on what have happened to the main character is amazing, really enjoy this part.

The combat... it's there, but it's mostly just an accessory. There're boss fights, which can be considered interesting and requiring some thinking. But random fights with npcs ? no, they're plain boring, and thankfully there's a button to skip a fight. The combat system has a good baseline, but further than a baseline for something it doesn't go, which is completely fine because there's almost no combat if you're doing sex routes, and the game`s gameplay doesn't rely on combat.

Now, about my major complaints. The "trash talk", the severeness of it and the amount.

Severeness: game goes FAR over the board and then some with the trash talk, basically EVERY(99.9%) sex choices lead to characters degrading you so bad that it immediately feels personal to me as a player, it's not sexy trash talk, no, it's the kind of trash talk that will leave toxic feeling inside you. I'll give you a sample of this, this situation is not from the game, but the severeness and likeness of it, in my opinion, reflects the level of "trash talk" you'll get in this game: single mother of a chronically ill kid earns money as a strip club dancer, rarely gives "private dances" for extra money for kid meds. During these "private dances" the "trash talk" goes like this: you stpid wh0re, you're liking this too much, you're not doing this for your kid, you're doing it cause you want the d1ck. SAY IT. You won't give a sh1t if your kid d1es, you'll exchange life of your kid for 1 extra dick1ing, am i right ? SAY IT. (and she says it!) ... *he spits on her face* ...
It's just insane how toxic it gets in this game. I don't know what the dev team was going for, there's audience for some trash talk, but man, that's not it, that's not the trash talk, it's personal offense and severe aggression which is just NOT sexy.
It's like the game dev being your grandma and trying to teach that if you go the sex route in life, you'll get sh1t like this. But I'm not playing this game for life lessons, just not the place for stuff like this, in my opinion.

Second complaint, again about the trash talk. The amount of it. Basically everyone trash talks to you whenever you make sex choices. EVERYONE (99.9% of characters). I understand that some trash talk (actual sex trash talk, not toxic offense and aggression) is someone`s cup of tea (and game tries to please many kinks), but man, it's TOO MUCH, just TOO MUCH. It's like everyone is the same, like 1 mind for all the in-game characters. Just add some variability in this direction in future projects, please !

The third complaint: This might be a bit spoilery about one of the side endings, but I just have to bring this up. The street h00ker route. You're basically being sexually abused for some dr*gs. What's so sexy about this ? Why is this even here ? Playing sex game I want to see sex scenes, yes, so I'll be hunting them, but why does it have to be this fking dark ? Why hiding sex scenes behind such severe real-life topics ? "hey, I'm becoming a drug addict and ppl constantly abuse me while I'm unconscious from using or when I need new drugs bad." ... so sexy right ? Just a fun little fake scenario to play with... let's spice it up further with constant reminders that you have a life goal, saving your girl, and you're a fking failure for being distracted ... sexy!
I know it's a player's choice to do this or not to, that's not the point. The point is why the fck it's so dark ? It's like the game wants to punish you HARD for selecting any sex choice there is, in an adult game...

The only way I've enjoyed the writing during sex scenes is by filtering it a lot, reading only the bits I wanted and leaving out everything else. But still, the longer I've played it, the more that kind of sh*t was sinking in, it's just very not ok, scary even.

So i just wanna start off with saying. this to me is one of the absolute best H games out there. the scenes are 10/10 all the options and choices are 10/10. there really is something for everyone in this one. there IS combat though its pretty lack luster. not at all bad but its your typical turn based and its very area specific so dont expect it to be super engaging on that level!
The story in this game is pretty solid as well. and feels really rewarding to play! coupling that with all the different options/paths/jobs youll be able to have plenty of enjoyable and goontastic playthroughs! (TRUST ME there is a lot and its well well worth it) making the price point of 24.99 MORE than worth it i would of easily paid 40 for it!
everything all wrapped up i gotta give it a solid 5/5! i recommend anyone gooner or normie a like to give this game a genuine shot

A benchmark title for hentai games, and easily one of the most refined and content-rich entries on Steam.

+ Jenna, the protagonist, is great and the reason why I played
- As per the modern standard, extremely tedious turn-based combat
+ NPCs are mostly good and very horny
- No real character development other than choosing sex or no sex

This game has so much to enjoy, but also disappoints in some areas. Without spoilers, the story and dialogue is very nicely written and I was very surprised as most H games are pathetically mediocre at best when it comes to story. The scenes are well done and the game is very inclusive regarding sexuality and gender. Although one of the gay characters really seems like he is actually bi and just prefers men (you'll know who I mean when you play the game). Now to the parts that could use some work.
The combat is very clunky and weird and not satisfying. I started using the command console to end any non boss fights simply to avoid having to spend time on the normal fights which are kind of boring.
For a released product there are still lots of glitches, the UI can bug out and not load scenes sometimes and parts can simply stop responding making you quit and reload the save to get everything working again. Every single time I exit the game it crashes and I still do not know why, but I know that many players are having this exact problem. The movement when outside combat also feels strangely clunky, although this may be due to my inexperience with top down RPG type games in general. Unless they are Hentai games I generally do not play top down games unless they are X com types like Girl's Frontline 2.
Potential Spoilers ahead:
Now I have not finished the game yet, but there are some things I would like to see changed. The escape room portion where you must enter 4 codes by completing puzzles is mostly acceptable, but the color part of the puzzle is poorly communicated. Which room corresponds to which color and which color equals which number all must be figured out without prompts and at least in my version of the game the rooms did not each contain a colored X to indicate their association. I simply had to guess.
Dealing with the Dark Ones is miserable every time I must do it. Getting Arnold's dolls from the cave was so boring and time consuming that I nearly quit the game to do something else. If you get caught by the Dark Ones there is no special scene or something the game simply pops up with Game Over and you reload your save. The Dark Ones are a cool idea executed poorly and I would advise perhaps updating the game to improve this to make it a little more interesting and far less monotonous and boring. Often you just press the button at the wrong time and it will cause a game over. I have had the rings be completely empty and then I press to move and suddenly it is game over. No fanfare, no H scene, nothing... It is frustrating and irredeemably pointless.
The following are based on personal opinions and not reflective of the game's quality, simply its appeal to me personally as a player.
I would like to see less restrictive outfits for the characters, especially Jenna. You can buy different outfits, but the ability to mix and match is so limited that it really feels pointless at times to deviate from the equipment it gives automatically. The Kinky Vibro suit variant for instance should allow you to wear a bra or have an option to cover nipples. It just looks strange with the nipples partially covered and aesthetically it really ruins the outfit for me. One of my favorite character designs happens to be Rida, but I cannot enjoy her at all because she is a Futa character. I will repeat that this applies to my personal preferences only, I simply do not like Futa stuff. I hate it actually.... You can buy addons for Jenna to give her a penis, but you cannot remove Rida's penis by buying a different Item for her. I get her whole thing is the dominant Lesbian archetype, but you can be a dominant lesbian without a penis! Yes, I find these complaints hilarious even as I write them, but that changes nothing for me!

Yeah I play NSFW games on the main, but it's for the lore. The really really good lore.

By far the best H game to goon too, I keep... coming back to it. There's a bunch of endings. A bunch of interactions that play off each other. Lots of fetishes. Actually end up liking characters. Seriously after playing this, my h-game standards have risen dramatically. The art is great, the story is good some predictable some not predictable, the scenes are amazing.
The only demerit I have for the game is that corruption ending is indeed a bit incomplete - just can't proceed after a bit which kinda sucks especially because it was so good.
