Catch Me! is a competitive online platformer for 4 players and the most action loaded game of tag you have ever played with your friends. Use interactables to change the world. Close windows to stop your chasers, open up a new escape route or simply stun pursuers.
Whether it’s in the USA, Europe, Asia or even the middle east a game of tag can start anywhere and at all times.
One player at a time has the goal to earn points by reaching certain locations on the map without being catched.
The other players are the chasers and try to catch the runner. If they do they become the runner. Simple but fun and as fast as it can be.
Jump through windows, climb onto house roofs or ferris wheels or even surf on a subway. Each level plays like a racetrack in a racing game – absolutely unique!
During the early access phase you get a brand new level EVERY MONTH!
Compete against others online to see who has the best scores at the end. Design your very own runner with the help of skins, emojis or animations and show that you are the fastest and best “tag player” in the world.

Grab it only if it’s free. It’s fun for an hour or two with friends, but after that, the boredom hits hard. While the mechanics like moving walls and electric shocks are neat, demanding 10 bucks for this is a joke. It’s a decent time-killer but completely overpriced.

I woke up today and decided I wanted something cheerful to play. You know, a nice goofy game to brighten the afternoon. So I tried this one. At first glance it looked like yet another silly indie title where little cartoon guys jump around for no reason.
But hey — it actually turned out kinda fun.
Well… fun.
Let’s say it entertained me for about five minutes before I closed it.
Yes, I played with bots, but honestly, even if I played with my aunt, uncle, nephew, grandpa, grandma and half the neighborhood, I don’t think the game would suddenly become a comedy masterpiece. It’s basically just a bunch of little dudes chasing each other around the screen. First you have to catch one of them, and when you win, they all try to catch you. Classic Czech playground game “Máš babu,” but in digital form.
Like I said — fun for a moment, then click, game closed.
If it’s free, sure, give it a try.
But paying 10 euros? No way, not even if it came with a coupon for free socks.
I CAN RECOMMEND THIS GAME TO MY FRIEND BUT NOT MY GRANDMA.

Had no problem not getting my character caught by bots. Unfortunately while I was doing that, the devs caught all my data :(
- Would give up my data to spend hours juking bots on a 2D map playing tag.
- 11/10 gameplay.
- Reminds me of a really old game called "Hunter Hunted" except you had guns and explosives in that one.
PRO TIP - Play as Grandma to make bots and players who can't catch you extra mad.

A deceptively cheerful 2D platformer that turns every run into a thrilling exercise in thermal dynamics as my system now doubles as a jet engine simulator. Controls are snappy enough to make you feel competent, until the game’s optimization changes your opinion. Achievements offer a delightfully scavenger hunt cuz some ding, some disappear into the void because someone forgot to wire the progress to steam API.
Buy it if you crave audial jet propulsion, existential achievement limbo, and the faint thrill of living dangerously online because i got it for free...
