Despite the shorter than average length and less than stellar experiences with the previous games in this series, Dark Moor was a very solid HOG. The spook factor of the monsters you fight is much more present in this game which makes it a great mood setter for Halloween. Puzzles, mainly the sliders, were a bit tedious or annoying but the rest of the puzzles were nice quick solves and the HO scenes were of average difficulty. Plot was decent and could be followed, it is enhanced by the variety of characters and monsters you encounter throughout. The wallpaper selections are also pretty decent compared to most. This is a good pick up when on sale, full price for the length of this game is ridiculous.

Was all right as far as those games go. Possible to get all achievements in one run, none are missable except for the usual hidden/morphing objects ones. The bonus chapter is mandatory to get 100%, and while it's a bit silly, at least it's short. As for the story... well. I don't really play those games for the story, and that's probably for the better.

A stereotypical Casual Hidden Object Point & Click Adventure game.
Not exactly thought-provoking. Only take a few hours to fully complete.
Mostly a bit of leisurely wholesome fun that doesn't take itself too seriously.

Another good game in this series that is mostly fun to play. It's pretty quick to play through, and easy to get 100% achievements, so I would recommend buying on sale (and possibly in a bundle as the other games in this series are good too). My only issue with this game is that there were several unnecessary jump scares. It felt like it was trying to be a horror game at times which I wasn't a fan of, and the scary images were actually quite silly, so this actually took away from its dark vibe for me. Still a decent HOG though with an interesting story.

A good HOG, compared to the previous game in series, this one has more fluid animations (most of the time). They went for a horror/dark theme, but it does not show that well, for horror it falls short with just a couple of jump-scares here and there and for dark, is alright, but some scenes its just normal fantasy with very little dark elements to it.
Also the extra chapter was rubbish, still a decent enough game to try.

Endless Fables 3: Dark Moor
A few notes: I got the Endless games on sale and I had to restart the game twice since I started the game and forgot I had, then went back to it and had no clue what was going on. Gameplay time is not accurate.
So, if the game is on sale, I do recommend it.
I like the mechanics and the puzzles although I could not change the difficulty for these and sometimes, they could be quite easy.
The story was pretty decent except for the ending that felt rushed or unfinished. It has become kind of "normal" for Artifex Mundi and Alawar game stories to feel that way towards the end. Unfortunatelyt I've become used to it and expect from these companies. It is a happy surprise when it does have well wrapped up ending.
As with most in this genre, the main difficulty doesn't affect the puzzles and only gives penalties in the hidden object scenes. I wish they had a way to change difficulty during the puzzle challenge. As for the HO scenes, the art is good. I think there was a good difficulty balance. They also applied different HO mechanics in some of the scenes which made it fun and different when using the same scene.
Overall, it was fun game and easy to follow. So far, I've liked this series.
I do recommend the game at a sale price. The current regular price is a tad bit high, but a sale or bundle would make it more adequate.

It was a bit glitchy; the first HoP wouldn't work till I uninstalled, deleted my saved game and started over with the tutorial turned off.
