Mix Universe is a node-based music game like no other!
Create, Share, and Play each other’s musical compositions (Mixes) all in-game in a relaxing, casual format that is visually spectacular!
Key Features
- Nodes can play sounds, show cool visuals, or even control other nodes!
- Sounds can be chosen from a variety of built in libraries (Piano, Drums, Space Strings, Synths, and More)
- Sounds can be altered by adding elements to them (Volume, Duration, Attack, Pitch, LFO, Filtering, Reverb, Delay, High Pass, Low Pass, Bit Crush, and More)
- Nodes can be moved, rotated, scaled, and snapped to a grid.
- Full functional undo and redo system.
- Multiple Themes / Worlds/
- Full Steam Workshop integration for saving and sharing mixes.
Adding elements is as simple as clicking and dragging onto the nodes directly.
Nodes with rings can can have elements on them that affect all nodes in the ring
After a mix is made you can save that and upload it to the steam workshop directly in-game to share with the community workshop. Then others can open up what you make, play it and potentially use it for inspiration to start something they create!
DISCLAIMER: Mix Universe is NOT a Digital Audio Workstation and also is not intended to be used for live performances. The features required to do so are beyond the scope and vision of this game.

What it is:
Early access. More features and interactions are coming.
Create an environment.
Create music in that environment.
Not a musician? No problem.
Share your music with friends.
Listen to your friends take your music and turn it into the worst song ever made.
10/10 would let my friends ruin my music again.

Its really fun. If you like making music but are really put off by music making software because its complicated af, this is a really fun way to learn basic things and make your own music without having to learn all the complicated stuff.

Bought it. Launched it. Played for 9 hours straight. No regrets.
The interface is intuitive, and it doesn’t take long before you’re completely pulled into experimenting with sounds. It’s fun, it’s creative, and it sparks something addictive. If you love music and crave a playground to lose yourself in - this is it.
Send help. I'm not leaving this universe anytime soon.

I brought the game thinking I could do something cool like I've seen others do on social media. But no, I had to refunded after I understood that my talent for music just doesn't exist.
The game isn't difficult or anything, I'm just not made to play it.

What's better than being super creative and making your own music? Playing a game that literally visualizes your music as you make it! This game can really revolutionize your creative process. It's easy to come up with a nice sounding mix with the vibe notes. I highly recommend anyone to play this game even if you have zero experience with making music!

This game is really fun!
Wow, there are so many possibilities to make mixes.
I spent hours creating a good vibe, and I never got bored. The automatic pitching not only gives me inspiration, but I can also set it myself and manually create all the tones and paths.
Awesome, I can get addicted to this. For the fairly low price, the quality is fine. However, it is still in early access, which means that there are still some notable bugs here and there.
Often when I go to the mix selection (Galaxy) or to the HQ, the game freezes and becomes unresponsive. Luckily the autosafe works well, just restart and it is fixed.
I especially like the visual world because the environment moves with the beat, and you can fly over the paths, which makes the vibe even better.
Definitely recommended, this game could be the deciding factor in a music career. Who knows. :)
