Death Squared
Get together with a loved one, a group of friends or even the whole family and guide teams of two or four robots through increasingly-complex levels to their color-coded goals. But beware! The path through each level is littered with cunning death traps that quickly send the automatons to the big scrapyard in the sky. One false step can trigger a hidden spike, lethal laser beam or other dangers which will send the entire squad back to square one. To progress, players must work together to learn each stage through trial and error, putting newly-gained knowledge into action to survive and succeed. In addition to the two-player story mode, Death Squared includes insane 'party chaos' challenges specifically designed for groups of four. A single-player can also enjoy the traditionally two-player story mode, and two-players can tackle 'party chaos', by controlling two robots with one controller.

Death Squared is a co-op (2-4) puzzle game about cooperation, communication, and robot explosions. I played this game with my non-gamer siblings and it was a great experience. The controls are quite simple. The difficult slightly increases between the levels. The 2-player content takes around 6 hours to complete, and the 4-player content takes around 4 hours to complete. Grinding achievements was fun to do as well. The game is also playable via Steam Remote Play Together. Make sure to get it on sale though or via third party websites.

Offers a wide variety of challenges and puzzles for you and friends to try and solve, the movement is a little strange due to the perspective but I believe it was designed that way to make players restart the puzzle again. I got through the first 30 puzzles with some family and at times we had a lot of fun other times we got stressed and yelled but it was still an enjoyable experience. The mechanics aren't really explained to you but they're not designed to, you're going to fail a decent amount of times and that's okay, the experience itself was a lot of fun, and a nice touch they added is being able to communicate without a headset, you can emit a light from your cube character that will play a sound effect and grab the attention of your fellow teammates, heck you can even do morse code if you really wanted to. All of this is to say that this was a really fun experience and I will continue to play it until I beat all the puzzles. simple game design, basic game verbs and mechanics all combine to make a fun mind working experience for the player
