It's kind of Metroid, kind of Blaster Master and kind of simple. It was never unfairly hard, or boringly easy and it was just about as long as it needed to be.

This game is surprisingly good—short, small in scope, with minimalist visuals and a silly plot. But mechanically, it’s rock solid, and the boss fight design is genuinely clever.

Things I liked:
1. The moody synth soundtrack
2. You can collect cartridges to change the colour palette of the game
3. ITS CAT METROID!

It took me around 3 hours to finish the game, but I must say that those 3 hours are worth the prize. I really enjoyed the game and I think that you should give it a try. 10/10.

The graphic style was pretty misleading because as a newbie for action game, I found this game quite hard, especially some of the bosses. That also made some of the achievements quite hard to get, which was a shame. But overall, a nice game and maybe someday I will be able to improve my skill and get those achievements eventually.

Fun little metroidvania with a lot of charm. It pretty much rips off metroid in it's style and abilities, but gives it's own spin in some areas. Controlling the cat for some sections was a lot of fun. It's not too difficult either. I recommend it as a quick cute game, but it didn't suck me in as much as other similar games.

solid and short metroidvania. the 1bit graphic style really pops and the animations are cool.
