I love H-games but this sub-genre is definitely not my cup of tea. Now that we got this out of the way, I will give my honest opinion about the quality of the game to help people that don't mind this sub-genre decide whether to buy or not.
The animation, art style, and design of NejicomiSimulator Vol.2 are all fantastic. The screenshots and video show it all, every part of her body moves dynamically with the movement of the dildo, and it's very satisfying to watch everything jiggle and bounce around.
There's a stats page where you can touch a few extra parts of her body, move her around the screen more freely, more options, etc.
The art is well detailed with a fair few, mostly hardcore accessories you can attach to her and a wide range of possible facial expressions and customization options for her body in general which you can unlock with gems. You gain gems by making her climax or posting a twitter video? I'm not sure why you'd want everyone to know your fantasies via twitter but it's there if you need it.
Overall, Vol.2 is leagues better than Vol.1 and I highly recommend it to fans of this sub-genre!

NejicomiSimulator Vol.2 is obviously overpriced for the amount of content it offers, but what it has is well done in terms of art, animation and voice quality.
Your personal onahole is a very stretchy, masochistic, young girl with bodily orifices that have almost no limit to their elasticity. As her sadistic owner, your task is to make her orgasm in the cruelest ways with all sorts of adult toys like your dildo, anal beads, vibrators, clothespins, piercings and even through humiliating body-writing.
You are rewarded with gems each time you get your girl to sexual climax, represented by the filled heart in the top-left corner. Logging in daily also gives a huge amount of gems, which you can use to unlock myriad settings and options to further customize your onahole experience. You can also use sliders to fine-tune the intensity, size and speed of almost anything, from the toys to the girl's breasts and other body parts.
The voice-acting is superb, and your fleshy onahole will moan and pant differently depending on which toys you use, and her sexual arousal level. Her ahegao look with rolled up eyes, hanging tongue and flushed cheeks vividly express how horny she is, so you truly feel as if she is intensely reacting to your every action through her facial contortions and moans.
There is a simple quest system where you perform required tasks to unlock more gameplay options and customization features, but this is over very quickly. You can record and playback your actions to automate the gameplay, allowing you to conveniently and quickly farm gems by making her orgasm.
There is no end-game, so how long you decide to play depends on how much you would like to customize and watch your onahole girl react to your actions.
I recommend this at a very steep discount, however, based on what I've observed, the developer has not yet implemented more than a 30% discount during past sales. Also consider getting the paid DLC to remove censorship, if you despise black bars and mosaics covering the genitals.

Gameplay
The idea is to “make your own fantasies come true” by raping a sex-slave. By collecting “gems”, you may purchase a variety of cosmetics and new sexual devices. Gems can be collected via “login rewards” and “orgasm bonuses”. Login bonuses are the most profitable, but they can only be collected once a day (or as many times as you’re willing to fast-forward your system clock). There’s a limited number of orgasm bonuses you may collect each day, but earning them is straightforward; all you have to do is make your girl climax (again and again and again!) You may choose to “record” your movements, automating the orgasm process. Her body parts are interactive (or in some cases, removable) — part of the fun is seeing what you’re able to pull and touch while enjoying the show!
Sexual Content
The entire game is essentially one, highly-interactive animation — but boy golly, is it hot. You’re able to grab onto her head, tongue, breasts, clitoris and her inseparable dildo! The artwork and animation are a delight (and visual errors are few). This is a game that can be easily played “one-handed”; you only need the mouse to play, and the “record” function allows you to play “two-handed”. A handful of niche fetishes are covered, such as amputation, petrification, time-stopping and transformation (into a onahole). There’s quite a bit of BDSM-themed cosmetics, including butt-plugs, clamps and needles. You’re able to spawn a “bukkake” tool, which sprays an stream of liquid (or sprinkles) wherever you point it. From “bukkakes” to lactation, liquids are physics-enabled — it’s fun watching ’em squirt!
Verdict
Grab this game for eighty-percent off, or don’t pick it up at all. It’s great fap material, but it’s basically a glorified flash game. It takes about a week of consecutive log-ins to unlock all of the content. “Log in bonuses” are appropriate for online games, but not for single player titles. This game plays like a clicker, but it forces you to keep logging-in to unlock cosmetics. Is this how the developer discourages refunds — by encouraging players to wait until they can’t refund? If that isn’t insult enough, prices are exorbitant. You have to log-in on a multiple days for minor visual changes (like a pair of socks). NejicomiSimulator Vol.2 isn’t a virtual pet; you don’t have to feed or “water” the it everyday. If that was the case, a daily log-in might actually make sense! Frankly, once you’ve played five or ten minutes, you’ve seen everything there is to see — minus the cosmetics, of course. NejicomiSimulator Vol.2 is a wonderfully lewd offering, but it’s too little for too much. Oh and I forgot, the uncensor patch costs money too. What’s your fap worth?
