It needs a lot of time, but what is here isn't bad. It's just really simple.
Its free so no harm done.

very good communication between dev and community, party play feels really rewarding. Of course still a very raw concept of a game, but it's getting there.

game seems promising. many bugs. no chat feature. lack of endgame (just one daily quest)

Overall I like the game a lot. 10 hours in and I've completed all the current content. It definitely isn't polished, but it is still pretty impressive for (what seems like) 1 guy.
Combat can be pretty repetitive, but lots of improvements have been made recently - most notably monster level scaling to match the player was disabled. This was a huge win and makes the game feel /absolutely/ better. The wonky dodging was also removed.
Minor comment: Crabs do not get knocked back unlike other mobs and it really screws with the 3 hit combo. Makes them more annoying/difficult to fight.

This game has been in early access for several years, but is hardly known.
It's not very big, but has nice looking textures, a good crafting system and fast combat. It does have an in-game store, but it is by no means pay 2 win at the time of this review.
It's a solid foundation that just needs to be filled with new and useful features. So something like classes, summons, more recipes, set items, many more ressource nodes and so on. Mechanics such as the damage dealt by enemies, the amount of ressources needed in crafting and the skill system need to be reworked.
Considering the fact that it is an early access game, I give it 7.5/10 points. So it's a solid ea game that you can play in between when you're tired of FF14, TESO, GW1+2, SWTOR, LOTRO and other MMORPGs.

Not a good solo game, no one is online, but with a friend, its pretty fun (except bandit city, holy shit, fuck bandit city)
