Sakura Forest Girls
Yaya, Aiyana, and Koko were childhood friends. Born in the same village, they spent their days in peace, and they vowed to always stay together.
This all changed on one fateful night, however, when an army of strange monsters attacked their village. Families were scattered and, in the chaos, Yaya and Aiyana were parted from Koko.
Three years later, on Yaya’s twenty-first birthday, she and Aiyana vow to find the missing Koko. They leave their village and wander the dense forest that surrounds it, searching for a sign of their friend’s whereabouts.
After several months, their travels lead them to a mysterious witch, Maia, who claims to be all-powerful.
Maia says she can help Yaya and Aiyana, but her help comes at a cost. Before Maia will consider lifting a finger for their sakes, she has Yaya and Aiyana prove their loyalty to her through a series of menial chores and embarrassing tasks.
Yaya is prepared to endure any indignity to find Koko (even being used as a human chair) – but can she really trust Maia?
Yaya is uncertain…
But, as time wears on, she finds herself inexplicably drawn to Maia.
Now, why could that be?
Yaya is the main character of the story. Her parents were both hunters, and she prides herself on her skills with her spear.
Cheerful and optimistic, Yaya is unfailingly certain that she’ll find Koko again.
She is fiercely protective of Aiyana, and will challenge anybody who dares make her uncomfortable – even a powerful witch like Maia.
Aiyana is a shy, softly-spoken girl born to a family of shamans. Her hair is pure white, which is unusual in the village from where she hails. As a result of her strange looks, she was often bullied during her youth.
Aiyana has no fighting prowess, and has a weak constitution. She tires easily, and often needs to rely on Yaya, to her embarrassment.
She worries frequently about burdening Yaya, but Yaya is quick to reassure her. Unbeknownst to Aiyana, it is because of her steadfast support that Yaya is able to remain so eternally optimistic.
Maia is a sneaky, devious witch of an indeterminable age. She speaks rarely of her past, and is shrouded in mystery, which makes her hard to trust.
She is exceedingly powerful (or so she claims), and can accomplish truly impressive feats with her magic…
But that is only if she feels like it.
Maia loves flirting with cute girls more than anything, and she’s very hands-on. She and Yaya often butt heads over this, and they can often be found bickering.

The Industrial Revolution and its consequences have been a disaster for the forest lesbians.
They have greatly increased the life-expectancy of those of us who live in “advanced” countries, but they have destabilized society, have made life unfulfilling, have subjected forest lesbians to indignities, have led to widespread psychological suffering, and have inflicted severe damage on the lesbian forests. The continued development of technology will worsen the situation. It will certainly subject forest lesbians to greater indignities and inflict greater damage on the lesbian forests, it will probably lead to greater social disruption and psychological suffering, and it may lead to increased physical suffering even in “advanced” countries.
The industrial-technological system may survive or it may break down. If it survives, it MAY eventually achieve a low level of physical and psychological suffering, but only after passing through a long and very painful period of adjustment and only at the cost of permanently reducing forest lesbians and many other types of lesbians (from gamer lesbians to magical girl lesbians to succubus lesbians) to engineered products and mere cogs in the social machine. Furthermore, if the system survives, the consequences will be inevitable: There is no way of reforming or modifying the system so as to prevent it from depriving forest lesbians of dignity and autonomy.

This game is super cute! Highly recommend for visual novel lover and anime lovers alike, you can feel the work they put into the many backgrounds and character positions to constantly be moving, which makes it feel like i'm watching an anime! The story is very rich and entertaining with the balance of cute and dark. Thank you a lot for working so hard on this game Winged Cloud, keep up the good work! (personally waiting on Sakura Beach 3).

Another of those visual novels that people love, hate, or love to hate, Sakura Forest Girls is a tale of two friends looking to find their lost friend. They meet a witch, and... well, things start to get interesting.
Suggest getting on discount or in the bundle (maybe both). While decent enough, it is a bit short.

A lot of the other yuri visual novels I was interested in were too expensive for me to get without any guarantee I was actually going to play them, so I found this, played it immediately, and got almost all of the endings in less than three hours.
Should you play it too? I mean, if you're curious about it like me, I won't stop you. There's nothing about it that is bad, its basically two very well drawn but obviously, like, highly sexualized neolithic tribe girls getting taunted by a hot witch and eventually there are H-scenes with the two childhood friend girls, the two plus the witch, or just one and the witch, depending on the ending you choose. Because of this use of H-scenes as the main finale of the story, you're probably going to want to get the 18+ patch too. That's not the entire appeal of the game, but that is a lot of it. This isn't a long a complex romantic tale that just happens to be lumped in with hentai because it has one 3 minute sex scene where you see some nipple. Its more of a couple of H-scenes with a story added in.
That story is actually fine, though, its somewhat sweet and surprisingly funny, but nothing that will blow your mind.
Overall, this is essentially equivalent to a very pretty yuri hentai doujin with a few decent chapters to read before you get to the NSFW stuff. Very much like a Mira manga or something, in fact very similar to and probably inspired by Earth Girls. So if you're a fan of that, you won't regret playing this.

I recommend Sakura Forest Girls to everyone who loves a good adult game. The graphics are amazing and the story is great. I had a lot of fun reading the story from beginning to the end.

If you have played Sakura Spirit, you enjoyed that game you will enjoy this. However let me be honest here, I saw it coming when I realized the similiar names and art styles. However the R17 CG and artwork here are good and I bought the game because of it.
